This was not the drop off location we were given the drop location that was texted to me was in Clarkston and when I called the Clarkston location I was told that if I came out there to turn the trk in that she would simply send me back to the place i rented the trk. Overall my experience was poor

Shajn Williams was incredibly helpful, customer service oriented, and an overall joy to interact with. I was frustrated with the service I had received up until my point of contact with Shajn at Family Place Laundry. He rectified the situation, handled the issues we were dealing with, and we managed to get the truck we needed.

We had a horrible experience picking up. Originally we reserved a truck at 681 Cascade for 10am Sat. 6pm Friday our reservation was transferred to 2492 MLK, but when we got there they were confused and didn’t have a truck. After an hour delay we finally had to rebook and drive to 1990 Perkeson - no issues at this location, but we won’t use UHaul again due to the disorganization and horrible reservation system.

14 miles from where I was suppose to get to drop truck off which was only 4 miles from me but again U-Haul messed that up. Took over 40 minutes to go 14 miles in traffic. Would never recommend U-Haul to anybody and customer service was awful and didn’t care.

the truck was dirty and not well maintained. there were empty coke bottles in it under the seats that hit the pedals when you hit the breaks. the volleys that we PAID to rent were not in proper working order and just thrown in the back of the truck. The ac of the van we had went out an hour a half into the trip. we did not have time to stop as we were relocating for work. while driving we hit a heavy rain storm and the windows fogged up having caused us almost crash bc there was no way to defrost the windows. when i voiced my concerns to the customer service desk the woman on the phone was very rude to me. the " supervisor" assigned to our case could care less about our issues and has STILL failed to call me back. This company is BULLSHIT and i will not ever recommend them nor will i use them again.

We had one functioning tail light/brake light for what was supposed to be a turnaround trip. I drove the trailer to Savannah, GA to drop off some furniture to my lady's mom's house and did not even notice the tail lights until we had loaded the trailer up and were 1 hour outside of atlanta. I called customer service and waited ~20 minutes on hold to speak to someone who then told me call roadside assistance and transferred me back to the top of the IVR where I was on hold for another 15 minutes before hanging up and giving up on getting anything resolved over the phone. I had to spend the night in Savannah which was unplanned on Saturday night and couldnt get a cheap hotel, had to spend 200$ for one night due to the trailer not functioning properly. It was in all honesty a horrible experience and I will not be renting from this location nor any other uhaul location again unless you guys can make this right. The onky issue, and more for them than for me, was theur parking lot had veen completely tajen over by the church next door. The man wirking there was very friendly and helpful.

I will never rent a UHaul again ! Customer Service at the location was Terrible and I was charged over 300 for returning my UHaul at another location when I was never told or signed a contract saying I would have to pay 300 fee. I will be contacting my lawyer on this matter ..
