A bit difficult to obtain the truck. It took a long time. I still have receive the receipt. The dolly I requested was not there. However, the agent was friendly.

The process when you’re there picking up is a little difficult and when you drop off you don’t sign anything or get a receipt and then for the next two days i kept getting emails saying my equipment was overdue when I had only had it for two hours which was half the time I had bought it for.

It took 30 minutes to verify and actually get the keys, standing in a sketchy parking lot. The trucks transmission was absolutely horrible and wouldn't accelerate correctly. When dropping off the truck the process wouldn't load so i didn't know if i did it correctly, i was charged an additional fee. I will never recommend this location to anyone and wish i got a refund.

The place was the worst place in my experience. I waited for 1 hour to to have the key even though I was the only customer because they don't know how to register. Please educate your cooperators not to waste clients valuable time.

The keys werent in the box which was a hassle. The dolly and the furniture pads were also not in the uhaul

The back of the truck was not swept out.

picking up the truck wes seamless, and the truck was in great condition. Dropping off the truck wasn't so easy... Arrived at 9 a.m. and no one was there, we waited till 9:40 and still no one. Called the location and no answer. We couldn't check out with the app and made several phone calls to U-Haul, before giving up and leaving the key in the drop box.

Mobile check-in was a little confusing
