arjun pA metal floor panel in the back middle of truck was loose and fell under flooring leaving a dangerous 12'x12' opening in the floor. Rivets are broken off leaving that plate able to move.

Michael BWheel lock ratchets needed lubed up, was hard to cinch up and even harder to release tension, bought some power buster heavily lubed up weighted about 15 min to loosen up gears, finally busted tension on strap and was able to remove wheel lock.

Larry DFix the loophole in the online system. My pickup location was changed by UHaul from Mandeville (most convenient) to Slidell. I arrived in Slidell only to find out the trailer I RESERVED was not being returned until two days AFTER I needed it. I had to drive an additional 45 miles (spending my money for gas and my time) to get what I needed. I'm very disappointed.

Arthur MIf a customer request a particular pick up point online and that’s exactly were the equipment should be not 50 miles away where I had to cancel a previous reservation and reschedule. The picayune location was instrumental in helping me reschedule. The Piccyun location was absolutely top notch and very professional and also very helpful

Jason SThe 26- foot truck itself was newer and did it's job. The only problem I definitely noticed (for my 565 mile trip) was that it's alignment was not completely in sync with the drive. This became more of an issue when I had to drive through cross-winds on the freeway. I'd have to overcompensate for the lack of a fully straightened wheel-allignment my turning the steering to the side more than needed. The further my trip progressed, the more I started to wonder if the shifted alignment was done on purpose to keep drivers more alert. If so, it definitely works.

Arthir MFor such a big move, my overall experience was awesome.. One suggestion would be to let the customer know that for the size of truck I used Gas to fill it is about 80-100 dollars Just so they have an estimate That’s great for planning your trip better as far as finances

KEVIN Gcustomer service call center is horrible. I waited over an hour on hold and was hung up on by the agent after she picked up. Also, my pick up location was changed from one of the 3 locations within 5 miles of my house, to one over an hour away. This occurred the day before. Poor planning on your part. Will be difficult to use U-Haul again

GARY RI reserved a truck a week ago here in Picayune Ms. They said it would be here for me. When I called the day before they didn’t have one for me. Said I would have to pick one up 40 minutes away. I was angry and frustrated. This was just ridiculous. I called this place and she said she could have one for 1:00 pm. My reservation was for 10:00 am. I don’t think I will use you again. This was bad business.
THERESA BThe uhaul leaked very badly and pooled water in back of the truck. The location I rented it from was amazing and very helpful and friendly. It was no fault of theres as it was the uhaul equipment itself. Location was 10/10
