Was contacted by U-Haul one hour before pickup that I had to drive 45 mins to a different location to pickup my U-Haul from my original location. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that U-Haul has changed my pickup location extremely out of the way. When trying to speak to the U-Haul rep on the phone about allowing me to drop the trailer off the trailer closer to where I live since I had to drive 45 mins out of the way to pickup she stated it would cost extra and she cannot and will not waive that. Even though U-Haul changed on me with hardly no notice. Extremely disappointed and will not use U-Haul again in the future. I am canceling my 26’ truck I have reserved for this month also.

Gonzalo Dwhen I rented the U-Haul trailer, the tire was flat. I informed the gentleman about it. He seem to be unconcerned or didn’t know what to do. I took it to a service station to get it filled up. I took it to move my sons furniture, when I got to my destinations the tire was flat again. I took it to another service station and got it pumped up again. When I returned it to the U-Haul dealer in which I got it from the tire went flat again. I think I deserve a refund.

Rafael RThe location and customer service was fine my issue came in when my card was charged over $800 for a rental. one charge for the truck then a additional charge for mileage for a trip of no more then a total of 250 miles I have called every unsullied location that I had to deal with for this rental and no one could do anything I was told to call the company to sit on hold for over a hour to be hung up on and to call back to sit another hour with no answer for a hold time that was to only be 20 mins
