I had a very easy and well priced experience with uhaul! It took about 10 minutes to pick up the truck which was super clean and performed well. And it only took another 10 to drop off the truck!

The self pick up was a pain in the A**! It took over an hour and then a phone call to U-Haul in order to finally get the truck. Never again!
James CUnique in that it wasn't an actual U-Haul location, more a lot seemed to be used for pick up and delivery of trucks. Again though the mobile drop off instructions were amazing, great system.
Brian MThe location relies on access to the app for checking vehicles in and out. That isn't a problem but the cell service in that area is poor and it is very difficult to use this method. Granted this is a cell provider problem but it is impacting the ability to do business at this location.
HARRY HApp did not work. Wouldn't pick-up our location. Had to call customer service and go through the website. Once in, it was ok.

Santana MNot sure if this is independently owned but pretty sure it was the owner I dealt with over the phone. Thick accent, couldn't understand. You have to rent by app but crazy thing is when you start rental they don't ask for mileage but do when you check out. They also don't ask for pics at the end of the rental. I got charged for cleaning fee, environmental fee, gas fee, fee to add gas in when none of this was explained. I was told for 4hrs $39.99. After the owner fraudulently added these charges it was $196. He called with thick accent to explain charges and all I did was move a brand new couch a total of 34miles. I told him it was fraudulent charges bc I knew for fact nothing was dirty, he hung up on me. Next morning I get an email that said I signed a master promissory note to owe them the balance. Mobile signature was not mine but the owners. Called him he said don't call me call go uhual.

Terry KThis isn’t a issue with the location but the process of renting a truck outside of hours is arduous and difficult with the app. I would give yourself an extra hour to check the truck out and check the truck back in
Jarrett MThe rental activity was by cell phone only and there was no wi-fi to support my phone and there was no internet connection to support my phone. The truck seemed to have transmission issues and it had only 1/8 of a tank of gas. Very disappointing.
Theodore WDoing this thru your app then not be able to contact the dealer when you have issues with the app which is frequent and takes too long SUCKS!! Really? So you are forcing customers to choose one or the other and not both if needed? That sucks!! Your app needs to be simpler and more user friendly. Take it from someone that does this for a living.

Christina HI would recommend it, but getting the truck at a remote location was hard because something went wrong with the app and I had to have your team help to get the pickup process completed. He was extremely helpful. But then the lock on the key box was very hard to get open. But location was good and the drop off process was ok

Frank BHad some issues with check in over the app, but the gentleman from U-Haul support on the phone was extremely helpful and kind and we completed the check-in process that way. No issues with the rental and the return thru the app worked very well.

Oranisha CSam and sons are fantastic! They did a great job getting us through the online junk U-haul makes us use now. I hate the fact that companies think the people can be replaced by machines, it is a sad tragedy of our times....there are nothing like human beings doing the job. I also made sure i filled it up to 3/4 tank like i got it and the computers say i didn't and charged me another $23. If Sam and sons had the ability to cjeck it in they would have verified it. Great job Sam...we appreciate you and your team!!

William VFamily Corner 2 is an exceptional example of service above and beyond to help U-Haul customers. The owner and his son's were genuinely concerned with making truck renting stress free. When they say they will have your size truck ready : they will period. I have rented from Family Corner 2, multiple times and have never been disappointed. This will always be were I send my friends and family.
Frank BBest service I've ever had with Uhaul!! Mt. Nawar was super helpful assisting me in choosing what I needed, when to get it and where it was available. I will count on Mr. Nawar for all my future business!!
