I spent an hour and a half trying to rent the truck. I already made the reservation online. The man was incompetent. He didn't know how to modify the reservation. He had to call in to get help. Then he didn't know how to enter credit cards into the system. He made me read my credit card number out loud in front of another young lady cause he said it was hard to read. He was not familiar with American Express credit cards and how to enter them into the system which resulted in me taking a cash advance from the card to pay him in cash. I hate doing busing that way I prefer to have a paper trail. I will NEVER use that location again. I was trying to save on mileage and this one was closer to home. Next time I will drive to a real UHaul location.

Keep doing exactly what you are doing. The gentleman working at this location is extremely knowledgeable, great personality and was just wonderful to work with.

The attendant is an old man... I have nothing against old people but common I brakes forever to get anything done or figuring out how that computer works. The man had to call for help as he was struggling to figure out the pick up situation. I wasn’t impressed.

I requested a truck online from the location at 2505 Chambers GRAND SLAM . First it told me I could do a 'self service' and that I just needed the app. WRONG. They do not do self service where you can pick up the truck during hours when the location is closed. I then switched times, online after calling the this location and was told just change your time and you will be fine. I then changed my pick up to 8am. I was not promoted saying the location was closed and it allowed me to complete the registration. Going to pick up the truck at 8am and the location was closed and did not open until 9:30 am. Luckily they haul dealer at 1740 Chambers was open and I was able to get a truck! He found my registration in the system and it was a smooth process after.

the owner of the place has bad customer service skills, i will never rent from this place again or send anyone i know here. the owner called and rushed me with the truck, screaming at me, he told me he need the truck back at 2pm when the time was 1:18pm. What couldve been a 5 min process took 20 mins because his computer was freezing and wouldnt load. i will never rent from him again
