This rental location did not have a Clue to what was going on, I never received a receipt for my rental, I did a speed check in and the person couldn't even find that on there computer. So my experience with this location was terrible.

For the last time, I am not George Hubert and this is not his email address. This man does enough business with uhaul for you to find out his correct email address. I have contacted the Missouri Attorney Generals office with copies of all the emails you have sent to me (Walter Hubert) addressed to George Hubert and all the emails I have sent to you and your corporate office asking to file a claim of harrassement. I was assured online that there will be no wait time if I checked online - to this, I pre-paid and checked online. However, had to still check-in at the pick up location. Also, the truck was not clean, 60 miles away from my location and had major issues - the headlamp was not working and not aligned - consequently, I could not drive early mornings or evenings - which ended up delaying my plans and added to my overall expense. Roadside assistance was no good either - I stopped at Bristol depot after assurance that this depot could fix problem - not at all. I must have wasted a good 5-10 hours on phone to follow-up. Overall a very bad experience, in end I ended up asking a friend to loan his truck for my project. BTW, the U haul truck was absolutely uncomfortable and a gas guzzler no where near the 10 miles a gallon promised.

Maybe I didn't completely understand what it meant to "check in" with the person for dropping off the enclosed trailer, but I had to do follow up calls to make sure Uhaul knew the trailer was back in their possession. I'll know better next time. I have used Uhaul several times.

It takes a very long time for all the information to be entered into the computer at the checkout desk. I don’t know what you can do to make this quicker, but it is an extremely lengthy process.

I have been waiting for my deposit money for over 2 months.. a man emailed me to see what happened.after learning that someone sent it to the Wong address, after being warned not to send it to the drop off address they sent it there anyway... now that this man mark had the right address its still been a month waiting for the deposit.. I'm so frustrated with this and now getting plain out agree waiting for my money that u-haul seems uninterested in returning.

Do not allow uhaul employees to give out truck size based on the size of house being moved without recoaching and overall training being done first! I took the truck size the CSR advised and it turned out to be too small and I still had to pay for the daily rate of the truck and 4wheel cargo; as well as, .79 per mile for all mileage put on the truck. Then I had to locate a larger truck in the "historic flood of 2016" in Louisiana and spend additional hours trying to find a way to get down completely flooded streets. Long story short, I had to pay for truck and dolly twice and I am still waiting on a partial refund from uhaul. I have used them many times in the past, but I won't ever again! Poor service all the way around!

Verrrrry friendly people. And also, helpful. The only thing was the website was verrrrry slow. And had to wait too long to get rental out. But, uhaul dealer was willing to help out after hours.

Needs new windshield wiper blades. It was raining on my trip and they didn't clear the windshield well. Other than that service and truck was great.

Worst experience of my life. I had to move my daughter from her apartment I only needed 10 feet. They called me after I already made a reservation at 8:00 the night before and said they had no trucks. Then found a 26 foot which was huge and about 50 miles out of the way. Naturally we assumed to drop it off at the location we picked it up after a dreadful day of riding in this well oversized truck then found out I didn't drop it off at the right location so they charged me an additional 160$. I will never ever rent from this company again and am looking into arbitration to get my money back because my husband is a lawyer. Never rent from this company it's completely unprofessional and I am absolutely upset about the whole ordeal!!!
