We arrived at our appt time. Person to check us in was not there until after 9 a.m. The reservation I made on 3/13/21 for a 26ft truck, we were told they had no truck for us. The person that was to have that truck back, hadn't dropped off yet. Guy couldn't get ahold of his supervisor, to release a 26 ft truck that was in back lot, for whatever reason. Guy called a couple places in area, no truck available. I called a couple places in Tacoma. We even considered getting 2 15 ft trucks, but couldn't even do that. Finally I told the guy at location to keep trying his supervisor, to see about releasing one of the trucks in back. He finally got ahold of him, and did release one, but we weren't even sure why they hadn't been released, if there was a repair issue or what. We finally drove truck out of their lot at 10:30. We were moving to Oregon, so not like a local move. Not very happy.Carla F.
This Uhaul location shares office space with a medical transport business. No one was available for turn-in on Saturday and had to be called in to unhook auto trailer from truck. Employee had serious difficulty getting auto detached from trailer. Upin turn in if truck on Sunday, website said location was open but no one was present when we got there. Left truck and dropped keys in box. This whole moving experience was awfulLisa D.

Try cleaning the truck/s to include spilled coffee on the dash, dust and dirt on the dashboard, floor, unknown substance on inside of windshield. The box of the truck was filthy and needed sweeping. The ramp had rat feces on it. If I need to rent a truck again I will choose another location. On a side note the staff was friendly.John J.

No one was there when I arrived for my truck pickup, but the vehicle was waiting out front. I had selected "after hours pickup" and was able to complete the pickup online except for the all important step of getting access to the truck keys.. which were inside the office and the office was locked up with a sign to talk to the Medical supply business next door. The person next door called someone who eventually showed up and gave me the keys after first saying he couldn't find my reservation, then suggesting that it might be at a different location (I assured him I was at the right location because I had complete the pickup online including vehicle verification with the one in the front), then saying the problem was that I had selected the "after hours pickup" option. Everyone was nice enough and the vehicle was in perfect condition .. but the whole thing took a lot longer and was more of a scavenger hunt than I expected. Probably 45 minutes from the time I arrive until I finally received the keys.John P.
Not a single person at this site was wearing a mask....don't think they owned any. We would have left if we hadn't needed the truck so bad. No social distancing was practiced. Truck was relatively clean but VERY wet in the cargo area.Hope R.
Have an actual employee working, not one from the medical transport company trying to do both jobs. Train your employee to know at very least, the computer system. For liability reasons I'd think they should know what the equipment you rent is called if not how to install it.Margo S.

the overall experience was HORRIBLE. I made a reservation for Interbay Seattle, but was told that it was less than 50/50 chance of my reservation working. Then I was told that my 6x12 was available in Cashmere WA (3 hours away from my home). I downgraded to a 5x8, but was told I had to pick up in Lacey WA (1 1/2 hours away). I was told I could pick up at 8AM. I showed up @ 8AM (sign on door said hours of operation 8AM - 6PM), but no one appeared until 9:30. the trailer was filthy and a piece of metal was hanging off the trailer. It was an empty parking lot with only a single Uhaul sign and a drop box. No directions or staff available despite being a weekday at 1 pm.Shane M.
Nobody at office ! Returned middle of the day on monday . Then calls me on Tuesday saying im a late return ! Luckily I had called 800# and spoke with somebody that authorized a drop off . I also took pics to document return .Gary P.

Drove around trying to find the place. There is a sign for another business at the address. Very confusing. There are U Haul signs, but again the address is for another business. We were told the truck would have a full tank of gas, it did not. We did not need more, but makes it very hard to put in what we used. The office wreaked so bad of smoke it was hard to breath and I left with a headache and smelling like smoke the rest of the day until I could get home shower and change. Owner did not wear a mask or offer to. He kept answering the other business' phone while trying to set me up. He was new to Uhaul so I don't blame him that he was learning, but maybe UHaul should provide better training. It took way longer than needed and delayed our plans for the day. We were given a final price over the phone and told that included everything. When we got to the office he added tax so the cost was more than we were quoted "with everything included".Randy B.

Maybe add the drop off point to Google? It doesn't show up as anything other than an empty lot when you navigate. When we got there there was another Uhaul truck parked, which helped us identify where we needed to park, but without that it could be hard to tell. There was also a small sign that I didn't notice until we were parked.Christopher B.
