Kim JonesWe just completed a move and have rented from here twice in the last two weeks, each time for 2-3 days. The man working the front desk has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable both times. Trucks were well maintained and the whole process went very smooth. We will be using this location to rent our Uhauls in the future based solely on the gentleman at the front desk.

Tom FlukeNot a dang thing! Making reservations is easy and quick and the vehicles are solid. I appreciate the rep. Scott for making me feel welcome and and well taken care of. He's very accommodating and has been at the ready for any issues that arose and I see him working his butt off doing things I assume are above and beyond his job description. I would request that he receive a raise or an all expense paid vacation😋The variety of candy in the candy dish is the best! I will be back to this uhaul because he is a pleasure to work with.

Jesus AreyanoThe office only had 1 employee working on a what appeared to be a busy Saturday. It would have been nice to see a 2nd person. One who could run down into the field & do check in’s or load last minute blanket dolly rentals while one person completed paper work.
Michelle RogersScott, the rental agent is an amazing individual. I accidentally left my keys in the truck and instead of telling me to get a locksmith he went way out of his way to help me get the truck open. It took us almost an hour but he did. He didn't charge me a penny for it. There needs to be more people like him. Very pleasant to talk to and he's definitely an asset to that business.

DAVID HUGH OWENSPickup was easy and quick. Only issue was "current" pictures on file on U-Haul site of were obviously extremely old as they were of a completely different state/location/theme, even though the equipment ID and license plate were the same as the photos. Counter person and I got a chuckle out of it.
Scott DauScott is an amazing Employee of this U-Haul and I not only have used them again but I have referred many. Professionalism is first and foremost, yet there was a comfortable feeling like family. One of the person's I referred had a tiny slightly bigger than... Adam StoltzThe agent at the location was fantastic...he was thorough and very courteous. However, the office was the absolute bare minimum...a desk and a couple chairs. No supplies or anything else needed for moving and/or trailering. The trailer was very old and the hookup was difficult to operate. The back door to the trailer was mis-aligned and difficult to close unless parked perfectly level. And it clearly hadn't been swept out from the previous user. Despite the friendly agent, I probably would not use this location again.
Amy DunnWe did an after-hours drop off so we did not interact with any staff. The process was easy though I was a bit confused on where the key dropbox was located. Overall I would recommend this location to a friend.

Dirk MeulblokMake sure to give an analog copy of the receipt to the individual renting the equipment. I only received an emailed copy, however I moved myself with the ARMY reimbursing me and I had an issue trying to find a place to email the recipient and print it. I had everything packed and with everything on my mind I wasn’t thinking about an analong receipt to turn in when I got to my 2300 mile journey.
NATHAN BOWERSGood experience. Our selected location wasn't available and U-Haul called to switch us to new location. We had to adjust our planned hours a little bit, but it turned out to be a great location and experience. We will use this location again!
