I tried dropping all the equipment I rented (2 trucks and an auto transport trailer) off at the same location but was told I had to take the trailer to another location because they did not accept trailers. He directed me to another location that had a horrible designed parking lot for trucks and trailers and they told me they would not accept the returns. So I had to attempt to back up a trailer through a crowded parking lot the was full of broken down cars and no space to turn around. After finding this location I was not greeted by any employees or helped by anyone from uhaul. The key drop box was not easily visible and I had to search around for it for 5 minutes because it wasn't easily visible. The online check in process was easy but after all the frustrations I went through and extra money I have had to spend just to move my belongings I wish I could have left everything for an employee to do. I am not satisfied with any of the process and should have paid the extra money with your competitor to get what I needed with better customer care, which probably would have cost me less money in the end. My whole experience should recieve 0 stars, but that's not an option, so I give it 1.Taylor M.

The improvement you desperately need is with the group I spoke with after my reservation were made. I have rented trucks from U-Haul in excess of 25 times for moves and other uses. To be very clear the group I had a problem with, is the group that I called back once the reservation was made. They were surly, short, impatient and unpleasant to speak with. On multiple occasions after I asked a few questions the operator became tired of my questions and recommended I use another company. This is the first time I have ever been told this by U-Haul and a strange business model. Based on their advise for the first time I did use another company and I had my daughter do the same. I cannot believe this is what you want. I was told the same thing on this rental. However I called back on the Go-Haul number and the reservation specialist did a great job of assisting me with finding rentals. You need to fix the other group, or transfer them to Budget so they can tell those customers to call you.STEVEN C.
My truck broke down. I had to call for assistance. The representative advised me that Uhaul would pay for my hotel in Farmington New Mexico and time for being down on the road. I put in a request to Uhaul to inquire as to where to send my hotel receipt. I have not heard back from Uhaul as of today. Frustrating!DAVID R.
The UHaul leaked, quite a bit, on the passenger side when we hit rain. Also, it was not as clean as others we've rented in the past. There was popcorn on the seat and floor. I would still recommend this location.Becky B.

Was charged for 3 gallons of gas when the truck was brought back at the same level. I took pictures of the gauge at pickup and drop off. Have asked for a refund. Very unhappy with the overall service from UHaul.Aaron W.

They had the last van in the area, the guy that helped me was very nice and helpful. Took care of me before helping other customers with car sales. Great experience.Derek T.

The people who were there were very kind, helpful and understanding and get 5 stars! The uhaul app is an absolute puece of garbage and charged us for random crap after we already told the app we didn't want and then it wouldnt let me take the necessary pictures needed to use the app so the qpp ended up being useless and just wasted our time insteadSlade S.
WEBSITE SUCKS!!!!!! Moving is easier ONLY FOR U HAUL TO TAKE MORE OF YOUR MONEY. IT'S NOT THE LOCATION- IT'S THE WEBSITE THAT YOU HAVE TO ENTER INFO & THEN IT DISAPPEARS.Jeffery W.
