Michael JFound an inch of water in the middle cup holder. Stuck my Rolled up Rental Contract in it temporarily and when I pulled it out it was all wet. It is dry now. Also, this truck Shifts very rough. The Automatic Transmission needs to be checked out. It did not matter whether you shifted it by gear from 1 to Drive using RPM or just put it in Drive, it was having a rough time shifting until it got up to drive then it ran fine. I did not get a chance to talk to the Rental Agent. They closed the store 4:00 pm instead of the regular 4:30 pm and I got there at 4:05 pm so had to use the Night Drop Box for the keys.

Jonathan FThe pigtail for trailer lights was faulty before and after I picked up the trailer. A new pigtail needs to be installed. The person that helped hook up trailer was having problems getting the lights to work on the trailer. The pigtail ends were worn out and needed replaced. Once I left the true value with trailer the lights stopped working again. I had to twist the connectors in one direction in order for the lights to work.
Nathan GSwitch where the U-Haul business is handled instead of a dying “True Value”. Took a long time for someone to show up.Took too long to process…….oh forget it ……no one really gives a shot any way .

Joseph NTurned my trailer in 3 days early and did not get a refund. Also turned in the packing blankets at the original location because I did not use them. The lady told me I had a 6 dollar refund but it did not show on the return. Terrible way to run a business
Russell MThis was not our requested point of pick up. Actually, it was 60 miles from our requested point of pick up. This does not reflect on Fairfield location. This reflects poorly on UHaul logistics. It is bad.
marshall lLocal retailer was fine. Corporate scheduling was a disaster. Multiple Conversations and 3 hours on the phone to get a local truck for 2 days is ridiculous.
