This place need to be better organized. It also needs to be cleaned..

This place is very chaotic and disorganized. I had already done an online checkin and it took over 30 minutes to get the trailer after telling them I arrived. Employees are rude and they make Uhaul customers feel like they are being a nuisance to their other car repair business. This Uhaul location needs to be closed down if they don’t get their act together.

Luis LInitial vehicle that was reserved was unavailable. No o e called me to let me know!!! I fortunately went there tge day before and that’s when they told me. Called 800 number and they were able to get me something else. I had a lot of furniture to move that eeekend and it would’ve caused slot of logistic issues if I didn’t get a moving van.

JUANITA GOver charged us on gas mileage fees putting $1.19 instead of the $.89 that we agreed on. And put the safe move insurance fee WITHOUT PERMISSION. I am furious.

Robert CI initially reserved the truck for 2 days but used it for 2 1/2 and was charged for 3 full days. There were 3 or 4 new 26' trucks available but I was given an old beat up truck. This would have been acceptable if I was given a discounted rate, but I wasn't. Corporate should really look into giving discounted rates for older and crappier equipment when new equipment is available. It's like paying 5 star resort prices for a motel off the highway.

Jackie JThis was not the location listed on my agreement, I dropped it off at FSB Auto #2 at 2002 Victoria St. Freeport, Tx. This was an old garage and the only guy there was not helpful and bothered by me being there. This location needs to be removed from the list.
Charles WFSB is always a great place to do business. I’ve always rented my Uhaul from them.

Mark PTank was given to me at 1/4 full and I used 10 miles of gasoline during the rental. Employee asked me to come back to refill the tank and charged me $30 fee even though I used 10 miles of gasoline and verified the start/end fuel level with pictures.
David dI would advise against dropping off at this location. Personal acted like I was a nuances and tried to get me to drop off at a different location so I would be in violation of the rental agreement
gerald PI love getting my trucks from FSB Automotive. They are the best people I rent from. I get uhauls multiple times a week and hers are always clean. They are also the best people to work with. I always recommend them.

Hilda CNo U-Haul location in area has supplies. Trucks are hard to obtain and sizes are very limited. Signed up for one size, but was told it may not be available at location, time,date, size, But, go ahead and order and we will help you in getting your order processed. Got a call back from a rep who just parroted what the online resevation had offered and was not helpful and somewhat brusk. Will must likely not use U-Haul again.
Ty HRental was 6x12 trailer. Lights didn't work try the other trailer lights didn't work as well so just mange with only one blinking light
Julio AThis was for a quick appliance pickup from a dealer who was charging too much to deliver. This is a basic pickup and drop off location. If you are wanting pampering or the extra doo-dads, go somewhere else. You may have to wait a minute, the lady is courteous, but she has a lot to multi-task.
Curtis MI watched this woman in action, double tasking and triple tasking, she knows her stuff! I've read other reviews, but for me my visit was great! I rented a Uhual van and got my ac charged for a god price. I would highly recommend this location!
