I did not order a dolly but it was in the truck when I did self service pick up. I did not use it, but was charged for it when I returned the vehicle.

Eddy PThe manager was excellent. Because this is located in an operating car wash, it was initially confusing where to go. Also, maneuvering around pay vacuum cleaners was a little challenging when trying to return equipment. Now that I have done it once with this location, I am definitely willing to use this place again. It really fine, because the people were very helpful.

rafael vMy experience was good however upon arrival and picking up the trailer I noticed the tires being low on air. However didn’t say anything thinking it was the way the unit was sitting. 40 miles into trip total blow out. The repair and fix of the tire was quick and was happy of the service on the road….

Trailers worn, floors not clean so bring your floor cover if moving furniture but functional. 5x8 trailer was much smaller than anticipated, easy to haul once full. Drop off location staff in Black Mountain, NC was courteous and friendly.

Wardell WI’m giving four stars because of the Customer Service. The gentleman that I rented from was extremely nice. I didn’t give five stars because when we got to our destination with the tow hitch, the straps were too short to put over the tires so we had to wait for U-Haul to come out with new straps. Unfortunately when we got back to return the equipment, I had issues with yhe U-Haul app (it kept saying U-Haul encountered a problem on their end and to try back later) so I didn’t notice I til later that I was supposed to return my contract in the box and it would never allow me to close it out on my phone. It just kept saying “Active” so I finally gave up. Also, I was told that I would receive my money back due to the issue with the straps but that hasn’t happened.

James SNothing it was a good location for pickup and returns. There was room to pack the large 26 foot truck and the gas station next door made it easy to make sure it was returned at the correct fuel level.
MATTHEW ONo improvement needed. Robert is fantastic. He spent extra time helping us ensure we had the necessary equipment, attach the trailer, and even helped save alternative options when we ran into an issue. We only rent from his location whenever possible.
Destin MVery helpful and proactive. Hookup of car hauler to truck was provided, as well as assistance in loading my vehicle onto the car hauler.

Rory FIt would be nice if the attendants had an indoor office to work with customers. The area they have to work from also serves as an auto emission testing station. Perhaps the owner could reconfigure the building to accommodate both. Otherwise the attendant was great.

Laura JI dropped off the U-Haul truck 8:30 am and the person took my keys and said everything is ok. Later in the evening, I received a charge on my Amex credit card for extended day when 11:00 am was my required time for drop off. What kind of practice is this??? Spent unnecessary stress for over an hour trying to rectify this charge😡😠
