You can charge your customers fairly. I brought my rental back with the same amount of fuel that I left with, yet I was charged $12.00 by Robert Eaves for "fuel". When I called to dispute this, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I am very unhappy with the customer service provided, and I have filed a charge dispute with my bank.

This location was fine however, ask me about the one i originally had the reservation at at 8am the same morning!!!

Service for both pickup and return was excellent. Location is convenient (right next to the freeway). Might be good to get the AC fixed in the store, this is Georgia, and open doors and fans aren't a good solution in the middle of summer.

It's very hard to get to. And there is a uhaul across the street. We went to the wrong one and it was a pain to get across the street.

The lady was very rude. The location is horrible trying to get to. You have to make U turns to get there and it is right off the interstate by the exit ramp.

After requesting moving of an appliance (refrigerator) from one floor to another, 2 men came without an appliance dolly. I had to rent the dolly to get them started. Several marks (grooves) were made on the hard wood stairs. The 2 men were very polite and very accommodating. When I spoke to Rick, the manager on not having the proper equipment for the job, his comment was ' my bad'. I will definitely not recommend this company.

Location was supposed to open at 8:00am. When I arrived for an 8:00 pick-up, the location was closed and no one was there. When I called the phone number, the manager blamed the employee. When the employee arrived 45 mins late, he blamed the manager. The whole process and customer service was unprofessional and delayed my packing and moving that day.

I did the reservation with the app but when I got there they did have it set up to be self pick up. I had to wait until the employee open the store (late) and then I got the keys. Then, after returning the truck I was charged more than what I agreed to pay. They charged me as if I paid in cash or debit but I paid with credit card. I didn't even bothered to call since nobody answers the phone in that location.

It was impossible to disconnect the trailer, I had to use my car jack.

Customer service desk personnel could be more efficient. Customers shouldn't have to wait in line when opting for express check-in.
