The truck was extremely old (175k+ miles), headliner sagging, power steering barely worked in tight spots and several times it took multiple attempts to start. Location was fine and mobile pick up and drop off worked well.

The rental was a disaster. No air conditioning in the office, a broken down truck and they don't stay open the hours that they say that they are going be open. Going to Penske next time.

When I arrived at the location to rent a truck the two employees told me there were no trucks available that weren't reserved already, but if I gave them $50 cash they would get me a truck. I really needed a truck to move some furniture, so out of desperation I gave them $60 cash because they didn't have change. They rented me a truck that was on the lot. The trucks driver door handle was falling off. So I'd pull it to close the door I felt it was going to come off, the sun visor on the driver side was broken and kept falling down blocking my vision and the check tire lights came on 5 min into driving it. While moving the furniture I received a text from Uhaul thanking me for renting the truck and notified me that I had to return it in 6 hours. Immediately I knew I gave the guys $60 for nothing because of the truck was reserved for someone else then I wouldn't be allowed to have the truck until closing time that day. When I returned the truck there were several trucks on the lot and numerous customers in the store renting trucks. I feel for employees to ask me to give them cash to make an exception and then still charge me full rental fees was not good business. I'm sure the employees pocketed the money and in my eyes, I was ripped off and ended up spending $180 total to rent a truck for 2.5 hours. Next time I will go to a more professional business to rent.

I was switched from one U-Haul to another one much further away. When I went to get the fan I had reserved it was mechanically unable to operate and I was given a truck instead. I didn't need a truck I needed a van. When I called the U-Haul representative he was rude over the phone. Overall not a very good experience.

The 26 foot truck was bigger than I expected, but I'm really glad I got it. I didn't have to pack things as tightly as I would've in a smaller truck. The big truck was also made for even bigger loads, so it drove with my load really well. Overall this was a very good experience

I believe using rainx washer fluid and using quality beam wiper blades would make the experience feel safer while driving a very large vehicle in inclement heavy rain conditions. Other than that great experience.

Nothing really, they were great! The guy got me in and out quickly and for the first time ever using Uhaul equipment it was in decent shape and drove well,I had a good experience this time around, I'd definitely recommend this location. ðŸ'ðŸ¼

It was not until 24 hours before my reservation date that we actually were confirmed. The stress was brutal. The person at Holcomb Bridge was pleasant. Otherwise, the Uhaul experience was awful. Clairmont Road was supposed to have the truck. We had to drive 45 minutes round trip to get it! Also, our supplies were not available.

The only problem I had was this is not where I made my reservation. When I got there they sent me to this location. They were very helpful. the locations is a little hard to get to nut not bad

I returned the one way truck rental within 5 hours. Location was not very easy to get to. I expected to receive a printed receipt when I returned this truck. The agent only asked me for the key and asked if the truck tank was full. I should have used online truck return process. To make sure there was a record of me returning the truck. The last time I returned a truck to a uHaul place, they scanned the truck rental and provided me with a receipt. may be this does not happen at all locations.

The man who checked us in offered to credit our account for the extra mileage but it never showed up. U-Haul changed ourvpick up and drop off location for their convenience with in 12 hours of us dealing with the locations. Beware of what they tell you.

When we came to the location, the service man is very friendly and helpful. The process of renting is easy and simple. I love U Hual!. I first reserved a 15 ft truck (one trip) online with no issue. The online design for renting a truck is very user-friendly. However I came to several issues. The location I chose previously called me two days before my moving time, and "TOLD" me that "THEY HAVE CHANGED" my reservation, because they do not have 15ft truck. They gave me a 20 ft truck, but wanted me to return it to the same location (round trip). Although they promised to give me $50 credit for the change, but that is not what I planned to do and they NEVER discussed it with me before changing the plan. Very disappointing. I have to cancel the previous reservation and spent several hours to find another one at night because it was too late to find one close to my house. Luckily enough, at 2 am, I finally got one (I guess the website regularly updates for next day business). The second issue is that, I was told the truck is clean when I had it. But it is not. The service man helped to clean it quickly. But I had to clean it again when I got it to my house. This is not a major issue. The third issue is that, the truck is supposed to be water resistant. But I found my boxes that were placed on the top front of the truck were wet when I unloaded them. Nothing damaged though. The really good thing for U Haul is that it is way cheaper than the another popular competitor. Because I could not find the U Haul initially by the time I was told my plan was changed, I tried another truck rental. The estimated cost for the other rental is $220 intown moving. The cost of my U Haul rental is $109. What a difference.

Do not let short individuals rent your trucks without a booster seat. It is unsafe to drive. I am 5' 3" and could barely see over the steering wheel.

I had 2 bad experiences with this location, I used uhaul very often and I always rent from one location with know problems but for the last 3 weeks that location there were 26ft trucks available, so I rented from nearby locations, but last week the reservation was transferred to this location the trucks the check engine lights was on the it had front end problems, it was super old it was clean but was swept, on returning the truck , my card was over charged over $ $300 ,was told it was an mistake, and on the 2nd & last time because I won't be using or recommending anyone to this location, I rented the truck for a day on 06.27.21 returned it on 06.28.21 a few hours earlier, fuel returned how I got it , truck was clean , I was supposed to get money returned to my card this same employee that over charge my card twice & blame it on the computer charged my card over forty dollars for dirty truck and not checking the truck in on the uhaul website, after I drop off the truck at 6:50am & they open at 7am. The rest of the employee are ok , but its just this one person that u ave to be aware of that works there. And I ask to speak to someone above him and he refused.

I filled the tank to 1/4 like it was when I picked it up. When I dropped it off, the guy said it was below 1/4 and that they were going to charge me $30 plus the price of gas or something like that. I said ok, can I just go across the street and refill it? It was almost 7 (the time they close) and he was like, look I just want to get out of here, if you give me $20 I'll take care of it and say it was at 1/4. It was super sketchy, but I had to drop the truck off that night so I gave him the cash and when I got the receipt in my email, it showed that the truck was at 1/4. So he either lied to me about it being below 1/4 or he lied when he checked the truck back in. Either way, I definitely filled the tank, and I know what he did is definitely not company policy.

There was no one at the location when I tried to drop off the vehicle. I called your rep - Byron is who I spoke with - and he told me to drop it off and the attendant would return in 10 minutes. My phone call with Byron was at 12:26 pm. The attendant at the location didn't check me in until 2:04 pm, and charged me for an extra day because the time due in was 1:00 pm. 1) the attendant should have been there; 2) it wasn't may fault that the attendant wasn't yet I am being charged; 3) there was a sign on the door that the attendant would return in 10 minutes, yet I waited 25 minutes and no sign of attendant.. POOR SERVICE -- Eliminate this location from your system..

The I haul wasn't clean and was full of actual dirt. Not sure if it was used for landscaping before us we had to completely clean and sweep the Uhaul out. It has a $25 sweep sign inside and I'm not sure why after a swept and cleaned the uhaul before use to make sure my home items weren't permanently damaged. I saw the one star reviews and called and was reassured those reviews were because of user error online. Yeah tell that to me while cleaning up Christmas tree branches.

The woman was having internet connection issues. Fine, no problem. I can wait. I ask her if I should check in online and she said no, don't do that. And so we wait a little longer. The. She tells me she might not be able to rent me a uhaul because she can't get the system to work. I filled out all my registration information the night before only to have to wait and do it all again in the store. That doesn't make sense. I was relieved to get out of the store and into a van as planned. Dropped van off with no issue after hours. Van was fine, easy to drive, clean enough. Got the job done.

There was confusion over our reservation - partly due to previously-reported problems with the website. When I arrived at this location, I gave my reservation number, and was told my reservation was cancelled. When I pointed out that I had cancelled another reservation, she just seemed annoyed and repeated that the reservation was cancelled. I had reserved a 4x8 cargo trailer - she kept talking about two other types of trailers using some letter designations that she would not explain and were not listed on the website. Apparently there are two types of cargo trailers??? Even though I reserved a 4x8, and she came out and photographed the 4x8 after I had hooked it up to my vehicle, we were charged for a 5x8 and the paperwork / contract was for a different trailer. Fortunately, there weer no incidents, as that could have gotten awkward... I'm not worried about the $4 overcharge, however will never do business with that location again!
