There was nothing wrong with either location. My issue is with Uhaul's policy (per your customer service person) of using mileage estimates instead of actual miles to destination and drop off point. They then charge for a mileage overage that was caused by their incorrect allowance.

Anne DScheduling through the website was a nightmare and I don't blame the location but the mess up on picking up the truck through uhaul.com means I likely won't use uhaul again
