I stopped at a location on Pecos thinking that is where I would pick up the truck. That Rep did not tell me pick up was at a different location. Nevertheless, I'm glad I didn't have to go back to that Pecos spot. That Rep was not friendly or good customer service. Bobby was great to work with, I'd give him 5+ stars. The location was far from our home, but then most U-Haul locations were geographically distant. I expected a closer location, but then U-Haul decided the pick-up location. Bobby just executed the excellent service when so designated.BRUCE ELLIOTT B.

Equipment was clean but after a few minutes of driving around in it, we noticed a strong odor of marijuana in it. We had to drive with the windows down because it was so strong. Not really sure what could be done about that as it did smell like the truck was sprayed with some kind of cleaner as well. Otherwise very easy to do checkout from my phone and we were going to check in that way also but the rep came out and did it for us and was very helpful.Darcie J.

My wife and I were well received at the location. But the Uhaul truck was not just dirty inside, it was filthy! There cat hair all in the truck and sticky drink in the driver's side. I asked for it to be cleaned, but the customer service representative did a horrible. I had to stop at a Walmart to buy disinfectant and clean inside the truck. Under no circumstances will I ever recommend this location to anyone!Annei A.

Seat was extremely hard to adjust. I couldn't adjust while seated. Parking break's cover was broken. The staff was extremely nice but my check in was hurried and no time to ask any question. Other than that he was great!Shiori Y.

The vehicle and the facility were all top notch. I have rented vehicles there before and will again.Kevin L.
Initial pick up location had trailer for me as scheduled but they did not check the trailer to make sure it was working properly prior to me picking it up. So when I went to get it the turn signals and lights as well as brake lights did not work. This caused a delay in me leaving as I had to wait until the following morning to get a uhaul. Also service rep. Marus Hall tired to up charge me saying I had to pay for the milage on the trailer which made no sense due to the fact the trailers are rented by the day/week. Very SHADY!! Dont recommend anyone use the location Marus Hall works at. None of the other had an motivation to help and several of they stood around chatting with each other rather than assisting customers. Very poor servicekristie C.

I say that the equipment was well-cleaned, but the cupholders and slots by the doors were somewhat dirty. Perhaps needed a little extra detailing. However, the rest of the Uhaul Truck was completely clean and ready for use!MICHELLE L.

My experience was a nightmare. I rented a van and drove it like 10 miles and could barely breathe my eyes swelled almost shut my noseran like crazy etc I called the 1800 uhaul because the location closed at 5 and I rented at 430pm. I explained sonething in truck was making me sick and I pulled out my phone's video camera and started recording as I searched the van and to my surprise I found a tennis shoe a bottle of half drank garterade a used covid mask a straw a couple napkins and a couple newspapers. Well the 1800 number told me to call roadside service so I did but once on phone with roadside they informed me it wasnt an equipment break down so they would not be coming and that I would have to wait til the following day and return van to location it was rented from and get another van! I was not happy and didn't want to waste time or lose the one day I had a friend there that was going to help me move the heavy stuff and the 2nd rental day I was planning to move the less heavy stuff alone so I decided to try to clean van with soap and water inside and out while my nose was running uncontrollable and my eyes were on fire. But I had help that day and wasn't going to have that help except that days and now one of those two day so I wasnt going to wasted itbecause of a van I couldn't use! Anyway I cleaned van but I still had eyes burning etc so the next day I drove van back to the location and was given another van. The employee Bobby was quite snippy because I had called the 800 umber and wanted to switch vans. He said he had checked van when it was returned and saw none of the things I said I saw and I explained to him it was all under the seats and I told him that was outside the store the day I rented the first van ( I was trying to do my mobile check in ) and had watched him do his vehicle check and he barely even looked in the van except at the miles and fuel levels and in rear bed area and van was only back like less than 30 mins the day I rented it before he sent it out with me. He even tried to infer that it was just me and that nothing had been wrong and I explained I had video and that I could show him time stamped pictures of my eyes and nose that were taken within a short time of the vans rental. But he refused to look at any and just told me he would give me one day free so I took the 2nd van and had to do all the moving myself because my friends help was no longer available because he had to go to work. Once I got a new an the buribgeyes started to get better but still were slowing me down and I just didn't feel well at all for several days. So on 3 daytge( FREE DAY he gave me) I realized I wasn't going Tobe done before van woukd need Tobe returned so I called the 18b uhaul again and I explained I need to keep van anotherday and they agreed and I kept the truck another day which wasday 4 of my rental . I went to location at rental return time and I did the mobile return but once I finished I went to business door and saamanda C.
