Poorly managed/staffed site. Poor signage, lack of follow-up or professionalism. Left my contract open for weeks after I returned equipment and said I never returned it. If I didn't have photos to prove I dropped it off I would have been screwed.Julie P.

One of the tires on the rear driver side had no air. There was no wind shield wiper fluid in the truck. Was suppose to pick up the truck at 7 am but due to the lock not working at the key pickup, I was not able to pick up my lock till 10 am.matt V.

Don't think they should have charged me $20 for after hours drop off. I unloaded trailer without any assistance. What was $20 for??DIANE S.
Only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the fact that the truck had no muffler and was as loud as a stock car to drive. If I would have been moving more than across town I would have returned the truck. Everything else was terrific.Mark G.
I had some issues booking the truck over the phone. (Has nothing to do with the pickup location.) I reserved the truck/trailer over the phone at a location in Wichita and then the website crashed and then it changed the pickup location to someplace 150 miles away in Missouri and I had to call again and try and figure out why it got changed! After I was transferred to 3 different people, I did get it scheduled at the Amidon location in Wichita. The rest of the experience was good!Mark M.

Communication. I returned my rental on the same day and called and let a message saying I had returned it to the area I dropped it off. I received calls the next day about returning the equipment. Then was charged about $150 more than I was projected to. Not sure what happened there. There was not a sign to find the location.dianna K.

It was just a parking lot. No office to have a U-Haul representative help. The address was wrong so I had to drive half way across town to deliver the trailer and then was charged an after hours fee... what??? I will not use U-Haul again unless this is fixed. I am extremely upset with the terrible service.Robert K.

They didn't ask me if I wanted a dolly with my rental truck and rented me one on the contract. I knew NOTHING about that and NEVER saw that!! The place I returned my truck told me the dolly was missing then charged me $150 for it. That's absolutely not fair. Why I have to pay for a dolly that I have never seen and never been told?! Poor management. Never go back to U-Haul for anything!Yueyue Y.

Employees of EZ Rentals are friendly and professional. Uhaul needs to update their signage at this site! The signage that is in place is not appropriate for accommodating the safe return of the equipment. Signage appears to direct you to drive under canopies that are not high enough for trucks to pass under. Canopies are not marked with clearance heights. Signage needs to direct customers to return equipment by using a back alley entrance.Silas B.

Do not rent from this location! I scheduled contact-less pick-up and arrived right on time to find out that the keys were not available. I called the location and found out the dealer had the keys on him and had left to get lunch. I was told to wait 5 minutes and ended up waiting an hour! He eventually turned his phone off so my calls were going to voicemail and I had to call the U-haul 800 number x2 because I got hung up on by them the first time! Someone eventually showed up but I did not leave there until almost 2hrs after I scheduled pick up!Dung T.

The drivers door was not able to close fully. I drove from Wichita to St Paul MN with a door that ratted (until I stuck a cloth in the door when I closed it) and a cool breeze blowing through the door frame. The door open indicator was on the whole way. I can't imagine the people prepping the truck missed this. Plus, the woman who was checking us out, who was very kind, courteous, and professional, had a horror movie playing in the lobby. One guy was torturing another and the sound was loud. It was actually quite disturbing to be subjected to at 10am in the morning.Laura S.
