The 24/7 check-in didn't work, the location stated they didn't have it. The truck oil was half way down and the location stated they didn't have oil to put in and not to worry about it. This was unacceptable.

Do not rent 26 foot trucks with a 3 1/2 week prior reservation and then tell the customer sorry we only have a 20 foot truck available, sorry business practice for the customer to suffer for your lack of trucks. Why even reserve in advance. It wasn't a request, it was a need. And then offer an additional trailer only after I called to complain, because the truck was too small to hold a 4 bedroom, two car garage home, without making two trips, and yet I wasn't offered a lower mileage, such as half of the outrageous $.89 cents a mile, instead of a trailer. It wasn't my fault, for your lack of equipment. I am a very unsatisfied customer, and I have used uhaul rentals at least 20 times, as an adult and I am unsure if I ever will again, nor will I recommend them to any one. I have moved at least 20 times in 30 years.

No one present at this location. Used a drop off box! Uhaul mandated this drop off location which was 20 miles round trip out of my way and then charged me $4 extra mileage mileage. I passed 2 other Uhaul locations going to this drop off. Very inconvenient, I will not use Uhaul again. Both pick up and drop off locations were unsatisfactory for me.

She did everything she could to help us out to get us the refund of the difference from the overcharge back in Montana, however we were told we would have to wait 3-5 business days.

Great location in regards to base, clean and easy to locate. Wish they had more equipment as this would easily be our new go to location! Also great to see a neighborhood dealer offer so many moving supplies

There were glitches in the process for picking up the truck. That was a huge issue for me since I was paying men by the hour to help me. It took over an hour to get the account brought up on my phone and then get the truck open.

I went to this location because it was the closest location with a cargo van listed as available. I drove almost half hour away even though I have a uhaul place less than ten minutes of my home. I paid mileage for no reason because the cargo van was not available.

This location itself was pleasant to deal with, the lady working there showed me everything I needed to know and made sure I knew if I needed anything I could call with questions or concerns. However, my overall experience with uhaul itself wasn’t pleasant.

We received a text the day before our pickup date confirming that we could pick up the uhaul in New Albany. We called customer service and they confirmed this. We then received a call at 6:30 PM that evening stating that we had to go to Kentucky to pick up the uhaul. So not only did we have to drive the 3 hours to New Albany to get to our old apartment, we then had to drive 35 minutes into kentucky to pick up the uhaul. I don’t understand how we get a confirmation text and confirmation from customer service, then get a phone call changing the location 6 hours later. I will never use uhaul again as we had to drive over an hour out of our way (there and back) to pick up the truck, which significantly changed our plans for the day. When we returned the truck in Richmond, the individual checking us in did not even speak to us for the first 5 minutes they were inspecting the truck. No greeting, no explanation of what they were doing. I will be recommending that anyone I know needing assistance moving, NOT use uhaul and go with another company.

Some better signage. If it hadn't been for the U-haul equipment, I likely wouldn't have been able to find it. As it was, because of the scarcity of other buildings and visible address numbers, I didn't see the U-haul trucks until I was right on top of the location. Hence, I drove by and had to inconveniently turn back/around.

U-Haul needs to install lift jacks on the front of their trailer especially the dual axel ones!! They are way to heavy to be lifting on and off the vehicles hitch and trying to get it on from on the ground is way too hard/heavy!!! I strained my back trying to get trailer hooked up once I got to my final location!

The location was close to my home. The young lady that rented the truck to me was friendly and knowledgeable, and overall very helpful. The office was open on time, the truck was mostly clean and ready to go. Overall, an easy transaction. Thanks

The only thing I would recommend is when the location is changed for pick up that a follow up email is sent. I was called but due to poor reception on my phone I did not realize that my location had been changed. I showed up and waited at my preferred location. I was directed to the correct one but lost time waiting.

An extremely helpful associate assisted me with hooking up the the car hauler to my truck. She also took the time to explain the loading process, eventhough I’d watched the online instructional videos. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a UHAUL.

My overall experience with uhaul was a nightmare. I had a truck reserved for the day prior at another location but the online portal couldn’t “verify†my identity therefore I couldn’t be rented to. It was a total inconvenience and it but me behind on schedule. Called this location the same day and was squared away. Almost instantly. Great customer service. My uhaul experience was horrendous but the staff on site was very accommodating.

The lady tried to charge me for insurance when I plainly stated that I did not want or need it. The mistake was taken care of but I should not have had to make additional phone calls.

Everything about renting at this location was great! I walked in, made my reservation, picked it, used it, and returned it to the location very easily. The set up of this location makes it easy to rent with U-Haul. Kudos to the people at this location that made it easy.

Had to drive 70 miles out of my way because trailer was not where I was told it would be. Poor logistics management on u-haul's part. Don't tell a customer one thing and then tell them something else right before pick up. Hours posted at drop off indicated 8 to 5. No one there until 5:30pm. Dropped trailer and took pics for proof of contract completion. Not a good trip at all.

Storage unit adequate. The only issue I have is that there was other units, larger, that we would have rented of it would have displayed online. It only showed one size available.
