There was difficulty arranging the pickup and there were no blankets/pads available despite the reservation including 36 blankets.
Michael NThey have to be able to use the app/ electronic set up and processing better. Took far too long and I had to help them fill put their forms.
Michael GI’m not sure if the station employee was inexperienced with the process but it took about 1/2 hour and some back and forth to process and finalize the order. Despite this, the employee was very patient and friendly. The trailer we rented was in very good condition.
