In order to improve for the next customer there should be a person at the facility that knows how to process a U-Haul for the customer. It took all of 40 minutes for me to get there and leave because the store representative was not familiar with how to process a U-Haul that have a confirmation. When I got there they told me they don't see that I have a reservation although I was standing there with a reservation number.Stephanie W.
The person running the store didnt know how to use the computer. they only loaded 15 or the 24 pads. If i would not of counted them i would of been short. Over all just not good ...shaun W.

This spot is a good go to for U-Haul. They were actually helpful unlike the previous 2 locations I went to. First one was off Law-Suwanee Rd. owned by some Asian people who didn't speak almost any English and did not have my truck that I had reserved and nor would they help the situation, just "call customa suppot!" Then got sent to a place off Sugarloaf Pkwy, busted trailer for an office with no one there, just happened to be closed that day. Then I got sent to Exxon, and my god were they friendly and helpful, thanks to them my crappy moving experience became slightly better thanks to them. THANK YOU.Humberto L.

Cami and Jack were very nice and were expecting me since 1/2 hour before my pickup time for my 20' Uhaul my location was changed not once but twice! Also was changed to a 26' Uhaul. ***This was NOT the fault of this location. Paul was responsive and concerned for safety after I returned from picking up my transporter at the Buford Uhaul location. Geoffery did not install the transporter properly which resulted in my SUV raising the hitch and falling on Jack while he was spotting me as I drove my SUV onto the transporter. He was injured and taken to the hospital. Paul took his time to insure the safety of myself and others on the road as to MAKE SURE the transporter was attached to the 26' Uhaul correctly for my relocation to Alabama. Felt unsafe picking it up and dropping it off. Dude grabbed a shot of something off counter and walked outside without paying saying he'd be right back and he sat in his car and took the shot. I get to destination to pick up a mattress and the inside is damp and full of mulch debris. It was not clean. And returning it... If wasn't for my buddy being in truck when I dropped it off after 10PM, I think my truck would have been stolen or I would of been jumped. Car slowly crept by me watching me closely until they saw buddy in truck and drove off.Christopher C.

The location was fine. Upset that Uhaul's website allowed me to reserve a truck for 6:30 am and said I could use mobile 24/7 pickup, however I got a call at 8pm the night before that said the location did not offer that service. Reserved the truck almost a week in advance too and had rented the truck based on the schedule of someone helping us moveThomas F.

Agent told me my charges would be less than my estimated charges once i brought the truck back but my charges were significantly higher even though i drove less miles than estimated. I was charged the standard $19.95 for the truck but an additional $39.90 rental. What's this for? Couldn't get in contact with anyone from Uhaul customer service.Ibrahim A.

The rep did his best so this is not a criticism of him. But it seemed like the system wasn't properly functioning, and I had to stand in there for about15-20 minutes for him to get it figured out, pushing our move back.Russell M.

I was quoted $144 when I got there I was told it was going to be $26 more and I told her no that I had a quote for $144- she said I could choose a different drop off location and they wouldn't charge me extra. I told her the whole reason I chose the drop off location I did was because it was convenient and I should have to pay more because I was quoted $144 with the drop off location I selected and it shouldn't be $26 more. She finally got a manager on the phone and said she could charge me $149. Still $5 more than quoted but after more than 30 minutes of fighting with her we agreed to pay that. Right before I dropped off the truck, I put gas in it, and I filled it to between 5/8 and 3/4 full (I overfilled it, because it was only supposed to get to about 5/8). The representative never checked the truck while I was there, but then sent me a receipt that they had put almost $10 worth of gas in it because it was at 1/2 tank. I am extremely infuriated by this and feel that I have been scammed. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER ask business with this location again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have rented trucks from uhaul many times in the past and have never had an experience like this. I know that it is â€œonly $10,â€ but the fact that I feel completely taken advantage of is what upsets me.Erin R.

I used my debit card $40.13 to put gas in the truck before I returned it. When I went inside the clerk said that my transaction didn't go through and I had to pay $43.++. I told her that if a debit transaction didn't go through they would have declined my card at the pump. She argued with me. I looked online and saw the transaction pending. The clerk and her father said that it didn't go through because it was pending. I told her every transaction is pending until it's processed overnight. She again wanted to argue with me and told me that I had to pay for the gas. I called my bank and the representative confirmed that the transaction went through. I called I believe John who phones me previously about the truck and he took care of it. That was a good 30 minutes of my time wasted. I'm not going to argue with employees. I was right and was owed an apology.Timothy M.

Training on the process. I was there for 2 hours before getting a truck even though I had made a reservation for pick up at that location. I was advised I would get a $50 credit and I never did. When I returned the truck I did not get a receipt. I contacted the manager left a vm never received a call back. One of the worst experiences by far.Kelsey F.
Train whoever is going to give you the truck or equipment. The incompetence of the clerk cost me $100.00 with the crew that was waiting for me. They charge me 6 extra hour for the delay. Unacceptable. No contact, no receipt given very bad experience.Pedro C.
