When I arrived to pick up the trailer she said they weren't expecting me and didn't have a trailer. I showed her the confirmation receipt and pointed out the trailer she had on their lot that she didn't know was there apparently. She couldn't check me out on her computer, nor was there anyone on site to connect the trailer to my vehicle! I had to call UHAUL to get the trailer and have my husband come to put the trailer on my hitch. So all told, it took one hour and a headache to get my trailer. I will NEVER use that agent again!

Unfortunately the return was not a pleasant one. I inquired about the 1 month free rent offer as posted in the vehicle. The person who handled return, was very rude. Was not knowledgeable at all. Definitely not a person to be dealing with your customers.

I was not satisfied with the availability of the moving equipment that I requested when I made the reservation online. They did not have but one dolly, which wasn't the one that i needed and I wanted to return the truck to a different location but the manager told me that I didn't have that option at her location. Overall, the truck was of great service for the time I needed to get my things moved.
