The location was closed at the scheduled drop off time so I couldn't comment on it. Completing the drop off was done on the phone app and that was fairly straight forward even if my earlier questions would not be addressed until later during a customer service call.Michael L.

Truck had less than a full tank so I was up charged for not filling the tank and bringing it back to where it was when I received it. Truck also smelled of beer and cigarettes. Other than that, truck got the job done!Nathaniel A.
15 min late charge for a whole another day they could have notified me of that and I would have continued to move things out of my garage with that day that I paid for that I didn't get any use of so I paid for something I didn't get new owners not impressed at all will not be returning I've rented from that U-Haul three times in the last year with the old owners won't do it again truck was dirty cargo van I guess you would say gas was a sliver Under full and was charged $5 I won't be returning me getting the day that I paid for would be nice didn't know until I got the receipt called him later and said I might as well finish out the day could have had it van all the way until noon and all my stuff moved I know instead I was charged $90 for one day and get as much done as I wanted and wasn't informed so pretty much theft of service won't happen again I will never return to this location it was my favoriteTara J.
The customer service at this location was beyond poor. The staff came out - could have helped me fix the issue...they chose not to and made me leave and needing to resolve on my own. The office and behavior of this staff was beyond strange. Wil not recommend or use uhaul. Made my move even more stressful. Poor customer service and experience.Boyd M.
The manager Dan went beyond the norm to help me with my trailer. After seeing that the reserved trailer was too small he suggested I get the next size larger. He was spot on as the unit he suggested was perfect for my 3000 mile trip to Florida. Thanks again Dan.Teresa B.

Since location is on a one-way street, it would be helpful to identify in the text notice that the driveway on the west side of the building is for pick-up. Pick-up went quickly by friendly personnel. I was in and out with paper work, hook-up and light check in under 15 minutes.MARK K.

Test electrical trailer connection. On the truck I got all the fuses related to the trailer connection were blown so I didn't have brake and turn signal lights until I replaced fuses.Slaven N.

Dan is awesome, he got me in and out quickly. He had a great attitude as well. Place was clean and truck was in great shape. This location is my new go to, when needing supplies or renting uhaul, they also answer their phone!!!! They really have turned this site around!Amanda L.

Returned equipment after hours. Difficult to navigate parking lot as trailers were scattered haphazardly. 12 blankets were returned, folded and neatly placed in a pile. Charged me for folding, an extra day rental for returning after hours even though it was returned 2 days early, and was charged for cleaning even though there was nothing to clean as we had already done it. Total bullshit scam to milk additional money. Will not use U-haul again. Go team Ryder or BudgetMichael C.

By far worst experience with Uhaul ever, and I rent about once a month. First I was told I owed money from my last rental, which I did not. Had to waste time on the phone to get that cleared up. Then when I got to the job site I realized one of the tires was flat, thankfully the homeowners had an air compresser. Next the trailerwas not hook up rightby the staffAllison H.

Cluttery, confusing signage about where to drop off vehicles, and a less-than-helpful staff made this return on a busy one-way street a real headache. They need to re-organize everything at that location.Erik P.
We dropped off afterhours. The drop off process via the website was easy on our phone. The location, however, was somewhat difficult to find. The lot was not easily accessible and the available space to park equipment was located in an awkward area (seemed to be a foundation pad to an old building) with large breaks and gaps in the concrete. Was very dimly lit, hard to see and deal with equipment after hours. Process was easy, this location made it a bit more difficult than it should be.Curtis S.

I originally requested a rental from Moscow ID. The day before my rental I was called from a place in Coeur D Alene. That was way out of my way so had to cancel. I found this one in Spokane Wa that was 1 hour out of my way, but better. Uhaul should have contacted me. I spent 2 days in Moscow and there were plenty of trailors there the whole time I was there. So, not sure why you changed my location. I give U-Haul a poor score.Steven B.
