I am very disappointed in the additional $25 charge I received for a cleaning fee when I returned the truck. I was not told about this and no where in any of my paperwork have been able to find it. Extremely frustrated and disappointed as I only drove the truck for a few hours and probably less than 15 miles. It is far from dirty!

Good customer service from the attendant who was able to hook up the trailer correctly and made sure the attachments were secured before departure. The attendant also assisted with dismounting the trailer.

This location was not professional at all. I pulled up to get the auto transport and 6 dozen moving pads. I was in a hurry due to running around for the auto transport (3 different locations with a reservation). I asked the guy about the $50 reservation guarantee to which he told me “I'm not paying you a dime”. I wasn't dealing with unprofessionalism so I asked for the AFM's name and number. He told me he would give me the name but not the number. I got my blankets and left. When I got to my destination I smelled the stench of cigarette smoke(his 10'x12' office/shed smelled as well). My customer complained about the smell telling me he was going to have to have everything cleaned after the move and I either discount the cost by $300 or I could get lost. I obviously discounted my rate to please my customer. I called customer service to make a complaint. The AFM (Leon Welch) was supposed to contact me and never did. I called customer service again and explained the situation to a Stormy who was very helpful. She reescalated my complaint to Craig Wilson after Leon told her he doesn't have time to talk to me. Craig was supposed to call me within 5 days and I still haven't heard from him. Everyone other than Stormy has been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional!

When picking up trailer, was not permitted to exit vehicle while attendant hooked up trailer. Just down the road discovered 1 marker light and 1 license plate light out. I would prefer every single light to be operational as law enforcement can ticket.

The truck stalled and my wife was stranded for 7 hours in the middle of the night while U-Haul bumbled their way through "handling" the situation. Their solution was to send another 26 foot truck and have a moving company reload everything the next day when they thought it was just the starter that needed to be replaced. The second tech (in hour 7) came out and reconnected some wires that the first guy had incorrectly connected and the truck started. However he told her not to turn it off for the remainder of the 8 hour drive. The whole experience was miserable and U-Haul had no sense of urgency. It took them several hours to offer a hotel and then 7 hours to send someone to even take her to one, although that never happened because the second tech got the truck started. They didn't seem concerned at all for her safety being stuck on the side of the road for the entire night.

I actually had a reservation at another location where they said they had no vehicles available despite my confirmed reservation. Charlie understood my predicament and was able to rent me a cargo van that happen to be available at this location. It was fairly new vehicle. Pick up and drop off was easy.

My "average" overall score has to do with (1) the small gravel lot and the difficulties associated with that (parking, customers coming in and out) and (2) the fact that one employee is handling everything. That one employee is very good at his job, and he was very helpful and friendly, but he needs help. It's a two-person job. He's doing the best he can, but customers are having to wait. Kudos to him, but please hire a second person.

We waited for nearly an hour to pick up our truck and the attendant marked us as having a full tank of gas. It was not full it was at 3/4, which is what I returned it with and I got charged $48 for not having it where they thought it was.

I completed all the necessary heck out steps also replaced fuel $20. I don't agree with the final charge of $58. I did not exceed 20 miles in traveling . The basic rate was $29. The final bill should have been less than $35. Gracias

Was charged an extra day because Charlie, person in charge, stated we should have done something when returning the truck, but nobody explained to us. This Charlie individual was very rude to my wife and should not be working there; he didn't offer any solutions just arguments. I intend to file a complaint with: - Chamber of commerce. - Better Business Bureau. - Attorney General.
