The reservation process and pickup of the truck were seamless and very pleasant. The location is slightly hidden but not hard to find. I had to extend my rental and the extension and return were very easy too. I would definitely recommend and return to this location for my UHaul needs.Scott L.

The location was hard to find as the street to reach it wasn't even technically listed as a street. This was a dirty, puddle-filled lot that made me regret bringing my car through. While one staff member was very helpful, it seemed others were not so much great and hassled me with odd questions before they wandered off. Hell, one of them decided to vomit a few feet from my car. I would never go here and would never want to again, and I do not understand why my drop off location was changed to somewhere so awful.Curtis H.

It was a confusing experience. When we arrived, we saw the truck rental among a collection of random vehicles, but no one was there to direct us or tell us what to do. We followed the instructions in the text messages we got, but it wasn't until a random person seemingly familiar with this area came to us and gave us the number of the person off duty who was supposed to get the mileage of the car from us. It just didn't feel like a legitimate transaction. And after we returned it, following the instruction on the text directions, I received an email saying that the equipment rental was missing, which startled me. Eventually we straightened it out - we were told there was a system error over the weekend and so our return wasn't tracked. Overall, the people we dealt with were nice enough and didn't give us a hard time, but the overall experience seemed disorganized and sketchy. Definitely room for improvement.Dung N.

This is the worst U-Haul location I have ever seen. The location was dirty and full of junk vehicles. They had only 1 piece of equipment and it was dirty. I filed a complaint and have heard nothing back. This location has no business being a U-Haul facility.Mark C.

There was no drop off box and we couldn't get a hold of someone to open the gate because the system was down over the phone and it was so annoying having to drive to another location to drop of and still you guys charge me $68 for gas which I don't think was rightjose R.

my only issue is that on the reservation you do not list the address. For those of us who rent often from different places - its hard to remember which place we rented from. please list the address of the facility that the reservation is with on the confirmation email. It was behind a locked gate and unmanned, and it was unclear how to get there, how to get in, how to pick up my truck, etc. The number was wrong on the site so I had to call the number that was texting me to figure out where the keys were, get the truck and get the gate code to exit.Shaun T.
The pickup location was changed. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED! THE PICKUP LOCATION WAS LOcKED. .NO ONE WAS THERE. THE OPERATOR IS AN IDIOT, SHE KEPT TELLING ME I HAD SELF CHECKOUT. SHE HAD A HARD TIME COMPREHENDING A 10 FOOT HIGH FENCE BETWEEN ME AND THE TRUCKM I COULD NOT GET TO IT. THE TRUCK WAS DIRTY AND FULL OF TRASH. FINALLY A LIMO DRIVER LET ME IN AND I WAS ABLE TO LEAVE.
