Initial guy gave me incorrect info said that I needed to check in online and get a key…there is no key for a trailer. Second guy was helpful and got me checked in but the initial Incorrect info wasted 15 mins of time

The company forged my name onto a promissory note for an additional bill which is fraudulent activity to 1. Forge another persons signature and 2. Try to withdraw additional money from their account. The date gave everything away. Because I signed nothing today. In fact it added the date and time of the forged signature. I never signed anything regarding an extra bill and I am not on my phone while in church which was the time they stated on the email of the signature. Will never rent with them again. FRAUD!

The store was fine, the actual process involving your app is abysmal. It takes forever to load or do anything inside the app. The process of "not having to wait in line" is not any faster than actually waiting in line. The last two times I've ordered a vehicle closer to my home address which says the vehicle is available, it isn't and I end up having to drive the opposite direction. Makes absolutely no sense. It takes a good 20-30 minutes in the app to rent a vehicle, if you're lucky and it works. The entire process is a headache and I don't trust the vehicle I need, that says it's available, is actually ever available at that location. However when I drive by it and see multiple trucks of the same caliber I just rented, it says otherwise. The entire process is a giant headache and I won't be renting from uhaul ever again or recommending them until they fix the app and make it a quicker smoother process.

Horrible, just horrible Pick-up was a mission with this individual. When I went to return the truck, he absolutely refused to do the return service at the moment ,he said he will do it in 1 or 2 hours , I had made reservation for 24 hours and returned 30 minutes early . He didn't want to put it in the system so he could charge a late fee. He said an email would be sent to me and that he couldn't give me a printout for my records. Beware of this place, and how they wanna charge more for the rental. Get another location. I made sure gas was filled just has pick up. I DON'T recommend this place at all. Then he has d audacity to ask me if I want to purchase furniture .

It is a furniture store, however the manager was not customer service friendly! He does not listen. He talks over and also repeated to me that he does not deal with U-Haul business. It took an hour for me to get the rental straight. Never again to that location.

The drop off was good the only issue I had was that I was told to drop off by 10am but I did not confirm the time it was someone from the back office that changed my time and now I am being charged extra time for having g the truck

My mobile check in didn't work because the truck I asked for was already claimed. It would be nice to get the equipment I ask for and check in how I wanted. Due to non-mobile check in I lost an hour of my reservation so I ended up paying for an extra day.

When I got in the uhaul it had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Then when I got home I opened the back and there was a pillow and blanket from a homeless person camping out and it reeked of cigarettes. Other than that everything was great I would recommend maybe two keys in the lock box one for the truck and the other for a U-Haul pad lock on the back so that homeless people cannot use them as shelters.

We check The straps to my tires at our first stop and they were frayed. They were barely hanging on to a thread. I was surprised my car did not fall off. U haul support took 5 hours to bring new straps The truck was pretty dirty. Tons of dog hair and ashes littered throughout the truck

My experience started off great. I needed a 1 way trailor but they didnt have one. So they put a request in the system and in minutes i got a text of where to go to get my trailor. I went down to Roberts furniture and matress store to pick it up. Got it super quick and headed out. Well somehow my drop off location was NY instead of RI and they i could just fix it later... Once i got to RI i called 1-800-GO-UHAUL to correct it and they said i had 2 options drop it off at NY, a 13 hour round trip, or RI with a $1200 fine.

You had to do everything on the app. Unable to check in without help and unable to turn truck in at the end of night, due to app not working correctly. We got charged for more hours then we used all because we couldn’t use the app. I’ll never go back to this location again. I prefer working with live people.

Took location attendant to call me to let me know that mileage and gas correction was not made in the system at pickup location. He was very helpful so that I would not be charge for something that should have been done before driving from pickup location. I thank him for the call and not charged my credit card.

The location is completely self service, the furniture store staff are not helpful in any way. I waited over 20 minutes to speak with one of their staff only to be told they don’t have anything to do with uhaul rentals it’s completely self service. The equipment I reserved was not available and I was never informed of this. The customer service rep I spoke with in regard to finding another available truck was not very helpful. I was told a truck wouldn’t be available until 4:30/5pm and was located over 20 minutes away. I repeatedly told the rep I did not care what size the truck was I just needed one ASAP. Instead of searching for any size available truck, he only searched for 15 ft truck. While on the phone with the rep I did my own search and was able to find a readily available 10 ft truck right away. I was very disappointed with his lack of help and refusal to search for any size truck so my movers could get started ASAP.

I used the 24/7 app at this location. I experienced difficulty with the system, but was helped out through the customer service number. The truck was available, but the items that were requested (moving pads, hand truck) were not on the truck. The business was not open so I left without the materials I needed for the move.

Well I did the 24/7 truck share pickup thing. It wasn’t super easy on my side and I’m tech savvy. Lol. The signal kept disconnecting and I didn’t know how to do it. Apparently I had to get my reservation switched to the pickup thing but the location didn’t tell me that. They just told me they didn’t open at my pickup time and that was my option. It took 40 minutes total to get connected on the phone with uhaul and get checked in on the phone and wait for the website to stop saying error and finally get the truck keys

The location and equipment were great. Once the app updated my info and worked correctly. I had to spend 40 minutes on hold waiting for someone to get the app to work when it should have worked al by itself. I've had problems with the website, and now the app too, and it's really frustrating when I'm trying to get something done, and I'm held by this. Please make both your website and the app more robust for customer use.

I lost my trust for this property after they try to screw me over with the rates mileage and gas but I’m grateful I had a sense of decency to record before and after drop off. I am very disappointed as a past employee of U-Haul that I worked for the company for 15 years to see a franchise company practice all sort of shady activities on the property. I would never recommend this Location to any military family coming into the area or going out of the area. And I will strongly recommend U-Haul to perform a thorough audit on this franchise company to make sure no other customers have ever been through what I have gone through or have to go through this. I have pictures and proof which I have already sent to your corporate office to look into. I will be glad to send those to whoever request for them. I have never left a comment or filled out a survey for U-Haul since I started working or using services. This is the first time I have ever taking time out to send a review so this should tell you a lot. Thank you so much for all you do as a company to help families move safely and thanks for being a reliable company for that being said we would not need a franchise like the one on Boulevard to ruin the reputation of Uhaul thank you

AVOID this location at all costs. What I was quoted and what I was charged were very different. The Uhaul representative at this location is a poor communicator. Long story short, this Uhaul rep told me they would not refund my overage charges bc the truck had to be checked in online even though he told me the only thing I had to do was drop the keys in the box - I had the truck for 3.5 hours. I had to call customer service to get a refund. Additionally, they also wanted to charge me a cleaning fee for a single dust bunny - I guess I missed one when I was sweeping it out.

We dropped off the truck earlier than expected, we attempted to drop off in person instead of via phone. The person working there (it was in the store) said that we would have no issues and the uhaul guy would file it in the morning. He charged an extra day. Fuck this place.

I dropped of the truck, I went inside just to let them know I parked it. The person sitting in the front was very abrasive as though I shouldn’t be asking him questions about Uhaul, “did you put the key in the box” is all I got. I rather get a truck from an actual Uhaul location, not sure how these businesses expect to make money without any customer service related etiquette.

I did not get the truck I reserved, had to settle for a smaller trucker. The UHAUL vender charged me more for the smaller truck than I was quoted for the 26’ truck. Very disappointed

When I made the reservation via a Uhaul agent, she told me to tell the dispatch location to read the notes on my reservation and only charge me $210. When I told him, he said he could see it, but he had no control over the price and I ended up paying $525. That all got sorted out and I’m awaiting a refund, but it was a pain. He did what he could for me, though! Beware of the construction on the road out front if you’re picking up here. You won’t be able to go back East because of it and the lanes being blocked off.

The truck had two u haul blankets in the back we were charged $25 because we left them there. The same way we take pictures upon leaving the uhaul, pictures should be taken upon receiving. I would like to have the $25 refunded to my card

They gave me a dirty truck with someone else's trash and facemask in the cab and dirt throughout the back then charged me a cleaning fee when I returned it. Obviously they don't clean the trucks but are insisting they gave it to me spotless.. Had two people in complaining about their companies business practices while I was trying to rent a truck I should have taken that as a warning I guess, yall should pull out. When I called the place to ask the guy gave me attitude and tried to insist it was clean when I got it and I returned it filthy
