The pick up site was fine. Our issue was that it was located over an hour away from where we requested. We were notified only 24 hours before pickup and not given sufficient time to find another 26 foot truck in the area. Needless to say we were not happy and forced to delay our loading by 3 hours (there and back to pick up the truck). Plus our personal miles and gas money. Over an hour away is not a reservation “in the area”

Bryan VI experienced discrimination with the person working. When I asked about availability of truck, the person said all was reserved without looking up availability on computer. I asked when the next truck will be available, she told me all trucks were scheduled to be left out of town. I then asked her if any open trailers were available. She said they were all reserved without looking at computer. As I was leaving, I saw 4 open trailers and 3 trucks in the lot. Five minutes after leaving, I went online and reserved a truck. When I went back to pick up the truck, the lady was rude when I asked her why she said all was reserved and I was able to book a truck. She said that it must have just became available. All day I passed the lot and there was trucks and trailers still available. She lied about all being reserved and unavailable. I plan on pursuing this further so that she doesn't discriminate against others.

laura lThe trailer was dirty inside and out. The parking lot where the trailer was parked was about 7 in deep of mud! Probably why the trailer was dirty? Not sure wasn’t pleased as my shoes and vehicle got very muddy.

John EAfter paying for the trailer rental walked out to the trailer to find one tire in fair condition and the other Tire completely bald and cupped. I asked the lady to switch the tires out or let me swap one of the tires myself. She says I don't have someone here to do that and I can't let you do that. I stated to her I am putting a $30,000 motorcycle on this trailer and I'm going 1420 miles one way. Her response was sorry I can't help you call roadside assistance have a nice day. So I took the trailer and called for roadside assistance through the 1-800 U-Haul number. I drove two and a half hours down the road until I was met by the roadside tire technician which was a third party vendor. The third vendor did a great job.

Kevin KThe local facility was great with friendly, competent, knowledgeable staff. Uhaul corporate seems to be trying to make things harder and harder. Why can't I just drop off the keys anymore? Why send me a bunch of texts? Why do you need a mileage estimate? Why all the "gotcha" fees?

Jim MOnline pickup was extremely difficult. They wanted to verify on a another phone number that it was me tying to do the pickup. Other forums of verification failed/ not applicable.. I didn’t have a passport on me for that verification. Nor do I carry a housing rental purchase agreement either for me to snap you a picture of. The verification is a let down. Especially if you’re by yourself. Am I supposed to ask a stranger to use their phone to verify? Such a joke.

Melissa PCheck in app was useless when trying to check in a trailer. There is a spot in the app where we have to put in a gas and odometer , which obviously doesn't apply with a trailer, so i was stuck, and had to call the 800 line.
Richard BCalled and reported that we have issues with the tire going flat and so we wanted to get on lot before something happened so we were alittle under the gas level! So nailed for extra miles cause had to drive out of the way a few time and 1/8 of tank low on gas!
Kirsten JI went there at 4pm today (12/15) to drop off my rented equipment, but no one was there, and this is not the first time that has happened. Is this location staffed? It’s hard to know based on my experiences. As usual, I parked my equipment and dropped my keys in the box, so I see this as a self-service operation.
