I would recommend this location. Scott was extremely helpful in setting me up with access over the phone and getting us on the road. When I originally placed my order I was not aware that I was going to a location that was not physically manned and would be a digital pick up. I think creating an app for the checkout and return experience would make it more fluid for the renter and the location pickup/drop off. Expedco was awesome though! Definitely recommended and would use again.April H.
Find a new staff. Your employees don't know the first thing about customer service and I'm appalled. Never going to use or let anyone I know use uhaul services again. If 0 stars was an option I wouldn't miss a beat. I was belittled by the man who was supposed to be helping me set up my trailer. He also told me that my $60 deposit which nobody mentioned to me until last minute would be returned as soon as I returned the trailer. Come to find out the deposit would be given back as a cashiers check and there wouldn't be an estimated date on it. One woman at one store told me I could return the trailer at any location in town with no charge, but this man told me if I tried I would be charged an extra fee. Nobody seems to know how to do their job right.Cameron S.
There were no furniture pads on the truck which I had ordered. The owner was nice but seem disorganized. There was some confusion with the truck I ended up taking, and this resulted in looking like I had 2 trucks at one timeKasey T.
Make sure the wiring harness isn't smashed or eaten my mice before you rent it out. Lights inoperable the entire time. Couldn't move after dark which cut my time down significantly for moving, I was also pulled over and almost given a ticket.Randall M.

The person was very helpful. I was satisfied with his service. Not so happy with U-Haul reservation procedures. I made a reservation to get the truck 3 weeks in advance for Canon City. U-Haul called me one day before and said the truck would not be available. I would have to drive elsewhere to get it.Steve F.
