Andrea D.If a U-Haul is not open on Sunday and I have to return my truck is a pain in the hind end to do everything online. I feel since they were not open on Sunday I should not be penalized. I having to hurry and get things in there when they're not even going run it out I understand companies do what they do but I will never rent another U-Haul that I have to do a check in online ever again I will go someplace else first.

I think they need a better place to park ur vehicle when picking up a truck . Overall this was a good place to grab a u haul.

CALEB B.I've gotten uhaul a couple times before and it seemed like this time it took longer to get the truck. Was just too much extra. But it was still easier than going in and doing a reservation.
DEJA R.Location was inside a mechanical garage and was so noisy I couldn't hear the clerk half the time. It was very dirty inside and mechanics were talking to shop customers next to me it made it very confusing. The email my wife got for the reservation said it would be $231 but cost $321. And since we paid cash there was a 100 dollar deposit also. I felt overcharged for a little 10 foot unit that said 19.95 a day on it. Even the place I returned it couldn't believe how much they charged me and said I cold of used a 27 foot unit round trip with double the milage for alot less. I am very disappointed with this rental and will probably look at renting somewhere else next time. Very sad. I have used uhaul many times in the past and never been charged anywhere near this rental. Almost 350 bucks to go 101 miles is absurd. I feel as though they took advantage of me since I paid cash on the spot.

MICHAEL P.The lady in charge of rentals was not overly friendly and welcoming for a first impression. But she did warm up at the end. The building and office were disgusting. It was dirty, cluttered and wreaked of filth, oil and cigarette smoke. The parking lot was non existent. It was filled with broken down junk cars. I had to park on the sidewalk in order to stay off the street. The trailer was ready and accessible for my friend to back up to it. He had to park in the street though. They store on Toledo Rd is only slightly better. lol

The lady at the front counter was very polite but again the place was filthy dirty. Old clothes laying around food dirt disgusting.

If this location is given to me again as a pick up location, I will cancel the reservation and use another truck rental service. In terms of the truck, it was fine.

At pickup time, the truck was covered in ice and snow and it hadn't snowed here in about a week. Take pride in your equipment and customers and clean off the trucks when it is reserved! A customer should not have to do that!

Jose C.Due to bad weather on the drive down to Elkhart I was an hour late dropping the trailer off. I explained this to the woman but she still insisted on charging me for an extra full days rental. I feel that bad weather and only an hour overdue is unfair. The location was also dirty and smelt of marijuana and not somewhere I would return.

Megan M.I think that the fuel gage on the truck showed full and it was not. The gage didn't move for better than 50 miles when After I filled it up. When I picked it up it moved right away indicating it wasn't completely full. That said I was happy with my experience.

No one wore a mask except me, and inside the building was also nasty things were everywhere including the small counter top. The lady checking me out took forever it was like she was learning how to use a computer for the first time. The only redeeming part was the man that should me the proper way to use the trailer.
