Check-in is horrible you'll need about 3 hours for the first visit to get assigned a locker and get everything ready . Customer service have no clue where the lockers are , their system isn't updated properly with vacant lockers Had to go back and forth to get card activated they need to train staff Takes forever to find your locker then it turns out it's occupied Not enough Moving Dollys in the Unloading docks area. Truck unloading docks always blocked by pallets (very hard to find an unloading parking spot) I asked one of the workers, they moved the pallets so that was resolved. Lot overfilled with trucks so they must park some trucks in the unloading parking zone which makes it harder to use the zone for customer unloading. The hallways are sometimes blocked with equipment( picture attached) When I tried closing my account the customer service agent said they will send someone in 30 min to close the account and email a confirmation. They didn't do that , we called the next day and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then they said they will send someone to check the storage room then close the account. Customer service is terrible, they seem very understaffed. The front desk employees need better training, during our initial visit we were sent to a couple of storage lockers for viewing, the customer service agent gave us the wrong storage numbers so we had to go back and get the correct numbers so we can view the storage. Overall the storage facility is Good clean , haven't seen any rodents. If you are looking for long term storage this should be a good solution, however if you require frequent access you might run into some of those problems.

We rented from this location twice (a week apart) as it is closed to our location. The first rental was nearing at the end of the month so the place was really busy, The second time was the first week of the month and the pick up/check in process was not bad. This place has excellent customer service. We got our rental vehicle in clean condition both times. Finding parking can be a bit challenging in this location (not many spot available).I highly recommend this rental location and would come back again to rent from this place.

Not the location fault but I originally booked for 7am online 24 hr mobile pickup but was called the day before to be told that's not possible at this location. I then had to pick up the day before by 4pm before they closed making my moving day shortened because it was now to be returned by 4 pm the next day. I have yet to look at my bill and hope I was only charged the 24hr total even though I hurried and had the truck back 1 he late. Also everytime I book a furniture dolly every location I've used seems to not have enough available leaving me shirt a dolly

Uhaul Why have reservations if you don't keep them and make people go to a farther location to pick up and drop off and they have to pay for the extra gas and mileage?! Also we asked if we could drop off the night before after their 430 closing as they have a locked key box outside location and they refused? So did customer service on telephone, we had to miss work the next day to only walk in the next am and hand her the keys?! We were actually told the truck could not be parked there in the parking lot with the rest of the uhaul Un rented trucks?!?!?! Scam I think for sure and huge inconvienance and financial loss ,the first time we called your customer service manager agent was very rude condescending impatient and obviously frustrated and didn't appreciate her job long before she even took our call I was shocked how she immediately spoke to me on the phone and when I asked to talk to a manager please she said she was the manager, I was in no way rude and spoke kindly respectfully and her tone choice of words and out rite arrogance was definitely uncalled for unacceptable and shocking I have never been so disappointed in a service in years and felt taken advantage of as we needed the truck This location is nice people but small difficult parking lot

I am really very angry. When I rented the car, I said with great emphasis that I will leave the car in the North Vancouver area. But unfortunately, your employee had mistakenly registered the origin for the delivery of the car. I had to lose about 2 hours of my time in the middle of moving because of your mistake. and pay more for gas. And now I have to pay again with uber to get back to my home in North Vancouver. I am suing for this matter. You must make up for this mistake.

When filling up the tank. The needle moved very little at first. I thought it was not enough gasoline to reach what I needed to return it with, but then just by adding a few more litters it jumped to past mid tank. Which was more to what I was supposed to fill... Other than that all ok

1. Did not complete Vans walk around with me during pick up. When i inspected the car myself, i found numerous scratches (some had the 'X' sticker while many didnt). Went back into shop and asked to do a walk around together. Uhaul Manager responded, asked me to photogragh all the issues instead as it was "for my own good". Eventually a clerk did the walk around with me. Manager poor customer service and neglected my worries of car damage. 2. Vehicle exterior dusty, dirty, with bird poo covering front windsheild and side doors. Interior dusty with dirt/sand on seats and front tray. 3. Drop off at 4 pm but location was already closed at 3:50 pm. There was another person that returned their rental, and experienced the same thing. It was extremely unprofessional to close early. Especially if customer has issue checking, (which is what happen to the other guy returning his rental). Very poor.

Double check your reservation to confirm you have the correct location to pick up your vehicle and that one is available. I thought I had reserved a vehicle locally, but then found out on line that I had to pick up at another location 23 Kilometres away which added to my mileage costs. When I received my invoice for mileage I was charged 2 more miles.

I requested a truck in Dunbar but the next day received an email saying I had to pick up and drop off in Richmond. When I tried calling the number on the email to get a reservation closer to where I live I was on hold for half and hour, then the person I talked to said they couldn't help me because they were in Alberta. So they transferred me to someone else, I waited another half hour on hold and this person also said they were in Alberta and couldn't help me. I finally gave up and picked up the truck in Richmond, but when I arrived they told me I couldn't pick up the mattress cover that I paid for because it was at Dunbar, where my original reservation was. I had to pay for another mattres cover in Richmond. The employee said that I should call uhaul to get a refund, but I don't think it's worth my time. You guys are lucky there aren't many options for renting trucks, but I'll certainly do what I can to avoid ever having to use uhaul again.

Service was great, truck was ready for pickup. They even put a second clerk on to speed up the check in process when there were a few people ahead of me in line. Where the truck was parked made it hard to do a walk around during the truck pickup. It was in the fenced area in the back, so I couldn't get behind the truck until I had pulled it out.

Customer service is alright. The staff was very efficient. The truck was in the horrible condition. The engineer light is on and very loud. I was praying the truck would not break on us during our move. It was tough to go over 50 km/h which made it very difficult on the highway. Gas consumption was unbelievable. Only travelled less than 40Km and we fuelled $50 dollars up to the return fuel limit. I rented 3 different trucks from varies locations in the past 9 months. This was not an pleasant experience.

When we place the order for our truck we also ordered a furniture trolly and when we went to pick the truck up they said it was first come first serve even though we reserved it so that was awful and not OK and they didn't care and that was upsetting otherwise the experience was great
