The Uhaul was not clean, they didn't offer to help attach it to my tow hitch (I am a small female), the guy that runs the place was 40 minutes late which put me in Atlanta traffic during rush hour. It was just a terrible experience all around. When I finally called the 1-800 number for customer care, I first got a male who sounded like he was completely incompetent, and the second time I had to call back because he was trying to transfer me but didn't know how so I got hung up on, the female sounded very unprofessional and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing either. It took way to long to accomplish a single request because she didn't know how to do her job. UHaul needs to improve their customer care. It was completely unacceptable and I will probably never be back as a customer nor will I recommend to friends or family.

I only say this because my situation was really different, but maybe have the option to also rent a hitch for your vehicle at the same spot you pick up the dolly.

They were great when they finally showed up. It was the holiday season and no one came to work so I had to call and then they finally got there.

Uhaul had parts in the cargo from the shop. The service wasn’t great . I had to wait a whole hr before I even got my uhaul and the guy didn’t show up for 30mins .

This drop off location is essentially a junk yard in a parking lot. The guy that we were supposed to drop the truck with was apaarently unaware of the scheduled drop off and did not have time to meet us there. Not sure if his business is closed or not on sundays?? Instead, his mechanic that works with or for him stopped his work to deal with it. Seems a bit unprofessional to me.

Blankets were wet and moldy, had to go to another location to get some. Trailer was in good condition and the gentleman was professional.

Maybe a sign on the road pointing to the building because if you don"t know the area you can pass it easily . the operator is very nice and helpful

It should have only taken a few minutes to pick up equipment, sign the contract and go, instead it took me an hour. Of all the equipment requested, I got one dolly. The bed of the truck had broken pieces of plastic from the previous person's move. The gentleman signing us out didn't seem to know what he was doing and tried charging me in full before even receiving the truck. Would not offer to others.

I need a car dolly. Owner told me he had one. I asked him how much it would cost, he told me around $45 to take it from Georgia to San Antonio as long as I turned it in in two days. However, he charged us $132. When I questioned him, he said he had to charge us for the whole 5 days, but if we dropped it off before the five days were up, they would reimburse us on the other end. When we dropped it off at the other end, they charged us the full amount with no reimbursement for a two day rental. They told us we would have to call customer service and file a complaint so I did. I'm in the military and I move a lot. I often times use uhaul. This experience has made me second guess uhaul she loyalty to their customers.
