Would have preferred the swing doors I’ve used in the past. The roll up door style is not good for several reasons.

Kyle HEven though the truck only had 40,000 miles on it I had constant error code’s popping on and off sometimes that would prevent me from using cruise control. The check engine light was one of those codes as well . In all honesty it didn’t seem to effect the drivability as it did well on the road even uphill was decent but I sure noticed it at the gas pump. Over the years I’ve used many of U-Hauls 26 footers, this one however took approximately 50% more fuel than any others in the past.

Warren PI rented a car dolly. One of the straps was so bound up in the ratchet it took me an hour to untangle it and the ratchets were very rusty and did not work well.

Andrei TThe inside of the cab was dirty. There was a spilled drink in the console and the floor was muddy. This is my 4th rental with Uhaul and the App is the worst and I have to call every time to check in and out when it crashes wasting valuable time. Extremely frustrating. I have a cross county trip in December and i believe I'm done with uhaul.

sharon rU-Haul should maintain the name consistent with the business so there is no confusion about where your picking up; The system should know that this site doesn’t have hand trucks available- I might have chosen somewhere else if I knew that up front.

Darrell MI had a tire blow out on my truck . And I called and told them what was going on . I returned the tow dolly asap and it was after they closed . And the next day they charged me 38 dollars after they charged me 75 dollars to begin with . And I thought it was only so post to be 58 . I asked and they said when I brought it back they would refund the rest but they took more money . I just thought uhaul was more understanding when I let them know what was going on .

REGINOLD KThis rental was a problem from start to finish. Why employ people who know nothing about uhaul? I had to pay a deposit on the truck when I picked it up, but when dropping it off the drop off location said they never heard of uhaul ever taking a deposit. Then the lady at the pickup location telling me that the drop off location's people must be new or unknowledgeable. Both places admitted they didn't know much about what they were doing in regards to the uhaul rental, but yet both trying to convince me the other place must be at fault or wrong, or that I was wrong. Extremely poor communication all around. And then further wasting my time trying to justify why they don't know anything.
