This is where I got a replacement truck! Excellent service
Dr Dale M.I returned my truck with 1/2 a tank of gas and I was charged for it being less. I asked to speak with the manager and no one called me back. I won't be using uhaul again, and I used them VERY frequently. Seems like $16 wasn't worth the loss on your end.

Instructions in its use unclear but I attempted the web address posted only to be stopped by message saying it was unsecure. I prefer interfacing with a person when I'm taking care of business.

William L.Sketchy pickup place in the dark. Our original Uhaul location didn't have the truck we reserved and this was the only location with one so we didn't have a choice. When we arrived truck was unlocked and looked like someone had been hanging out there (food and alcohol left next to it that wasn't there the night before when we'd driven by to confirm the location). We had a lot of trouble with the mobile app taking payment (their processors were down or something) and it took a while for a chat rep to call to take payment over the phone while my husband was on hold with the main Uhaul phone number. All in all it took about 45 min to pick up the truck and we got back just in time to meet the movers. Very stressful beginning to the day.

tammy S.I had an 11 AM appointment to pick up the truck. Upon arriving at the store, someone outside told us that the (one?) person who runs the U-Haul side would not be there until 1 PM. The shop was a mess. I took pictures because I was so in awe of the shape it was in. The person who runs U-Haul arrived 10 minutes after 11. I'm just confused as to why she wasn't there waiting for us when we showed up at 11 AM for our appointment.
Ryliegh V.I did the 24/7 drop off. I didn't see anyone from the location. I will say the parking lot was dimly lit and pretty sketchy. It would not be a place that I want my wife or kids by themselves.
Brandon P.Complete nightmare picking up this truck. 1130a was our pick up time, we waiting for 25 minutes for someone to show up at the location, another 20 minutes for someone to get a trailer off the truck and give us the keys. I feel we were charged for things we didn't request and for longer than we had the truck. We had the truck for 5 1/2 hours. VERY upset with this transaction. Would never recommend someone using this service at this location. Hoping to receive a call to discuss my bill.

gibrian F.The person at the receiving point/destination does not keep normal hours. The barber in the same building was helpful. He stated that the associate usually arrives between 10:00 am up to 12:00 pm. She probably has too much going on in her life to have a job with U-Haul.

Jana W.I set a pick up time online and when I got there, the store was locked and no one was inside, despite the “open†sign on the window. I called the number on the door and received no answer several times. They said they tried to call me and notify me that they would not be there, but they were calling the wrong number, not the one I listed in my form online. The trailer I was supposed to take had a flat tire so they let me take another one. They said it was reserved for someone else, but I happened to be there, so they gave it to me. Hopefully they got the flat fixed before the other person showed up. Overall not a very good experience

ROSSI T.Horrible, customer service as I have not been able to get ahold of anyone to speak with. The key was not in the correct spot per what I was told and the 24/7 key person never called me back. We eventually found it under the seat. Was unable to speak with anyone in customer service Saturday, piss poor service. Was given the wrong location when I made the reservation. Was charged over $400.00 which is WAY off from what I was quoted. I will NEVER recommend; no words to express my anger and frustration.
