I had an appointment for 10 a.m. for 5 days, when I got there to pick up the rental no one was there. A tenant on the property that did not work for the dealer contacted the dealer and told them I was there to pick up the rental. They informed the tenant that were busy elsewhere and would not be coming in to the business that day and that the tenant, who is NOT an employee, should give me the rental. I will never recommend that vendor.

I payed what I needed to pay, dropped the truck off On Time and did everything I was asked to do. A day later After everything was over and done they tried to charge my card for an Extra day, that's uncalled for! Trying to take money from people after business is done is Wrong. I give the owner of u haul on Dixie Hwy a D- on how to run and mange money. Quite Sad, won't be doin business here again. You've all been warned, watch these people

They need some help!! Was so busy we waited for an hour to turn in the key for the truck, then they didn't send us a receipt that we had turned it in until the next day!!! This whole rental has been a overpriced screwed us over fiasco!!! Just to rent a truck to move only a refrigerator 30 miles...

The contract said tank was full, but only had 3/4. Truck was not ready and waiting, they needed to clean it up when picking up.

Don't allow customers to select a drop off location that does not accept drop offs. I went to my original drop off location where no one was to be seen so after calling a number, I found out they don't accept drop offs. I then had to drive another 15 minutes to another location and was on hold with Uhaul for 20 minutes trying to change the address of drop off on my reservation.

It's been many years since I have rented a U-Haul. Back in the day the trucks were always full of gas. It seems now that any rental company, for a car or a truck, always just gives you a printout with how much fuel is in the vehicle and you are expected to return with that same amount. That can be quite tricky to bring it back like that. It'd be better if the trucks were just full on pick up and return. Also, I rented a trailer to transport my motorcycle. The motorcycle is a brand new 2020 Harley Road Glide that had 198 miles on it when I transported it. The trailers have no wheel chock. As such the bike "walked" forwarded and the front wheel turned to the left. This allowed the straps to loosen and the fairing laid against the railing, rubbing the paint off the fairing. This has damaged my brand new motorcycle.

I called this location before dropping the trailer to see if we can do after hours drop off. They said yes. We dropped it off Saturday at 7pm, and called to ensure all was ok on Sunday, left VM, no response. I had to keep calling, since they are closed on Mondays, to get them to finally check in the trailer for me on Tuesday afternoon.
