It's frustrating that the guy did not tell me that he recorded how much gas he thought was in the truck because when I got in there was only a quarter tank of gas, plenty for what i needed it for. When i returned the truck i recorded that it still had the quarter it started out with because i didn't take the truck very far. In the end, I was charged extra money for his lack of communication. Otherwise the truck was fine. It did what i needed it to. Definitely needs bew wiper blades soon.rebecca C.

The cab smelt of stale cigarettes. There was Ashe everywhere. The storage box of the truck had trash in it they they left even after climbing in to get the dolly out. Then after getting home and loading the truck. We noticed the tire was slashed and flat. We didn't know that we need les to inspect every inch of the vehicle before we left the lot. It did not look flat before we left as there are two tires in the back and without a load it looked fine. It then took 5 hours from making a roadside claim to Finally being able to leave. We missed a birthday and dinner with the parents. Customer service was non existent as every uhaul phone number we called pointed to using the website which was no help.Joel B.

Overcharged me at the beginning of the contract then had to wait a day after turning in the truck to get my refund back.GEORGE G.
The truck had graffiti on it, the gas tank was not full, it was missing the dolly I requested, a truck was not available at the location I originally requested, the back of the truck was full of debris. Last, I was overcharged. I am not pleased with this rental experience at all.MICHAEL W.

I placed my order and checked in at 320. Went inside and was told to wait outside for a text message. I figured it would come at 330 at my pick up time. It didn't. I went inside and argued with the clerk who was rude initially. I called uhaul and they said they'd call the store and get it taken care of. That was at 350. Then they gave me the field managers number. He didn't answer so I left a message. I went back into the store to tell them what uhaul said. He argued with me. Then called his boss (ran) who spoke to me like I was a stupid woman who couldn't use the internet and I got very upset and told him to call bob and figure it out. By this time 45 mins have been wasted. Then bob finally answers me and had to redo the entire reservation and I was charged for safe trip when I didn't want it to begin with and then the store couldn't find the keys. It was 445 by the time I finally got keys to leave and my help to move had a very tight schedule and this put us behind by almost an hour and a half. That's ridiculous and I'll be finding another truck company next time even if it cost me more because I cannot believe how unorganized and the lack of communication between uhaul and the store. I also did not appreciate the way the store manager spoke to me.Stephanie B.

A dolly was part of my guaranteed reservation and it was not available. I had to pay per mile to drive to and from another location, twice, and pay a second time for the appliance dolly.Melissa M.

I had my appointment at Grissom rd and they didn't have the truck so they sent me to a gas station where they had the truck . I never got a walkthrough for the truck and it was filthy. I had to clean the truck. Inside . When I returned I didn't get a bill . Because the only person who knows what todo wants there. Super shadi!!!! I will never use this location again. Please, check to see if they are doing things in a legal manner. Only the manager was available to assist you. If he is not there you are out of luck. At the time I was there. signs were not available to indicate operating hours. The clerk was unable to show me a sign.DORIS R.

Raj? Was helpful on the phone but no one at the food mart had a clue as to check in. Son in law and I had to unhook the trailer and move it into the space between 2 other trailers. Worst experience I have ever had in the 49 years I have been a UHAUL customer! Highly suggest you disenfranchise this location. They do not know what they are doing.RODER B.

1. Did a quick check in, got there started over, had my name. 2. I had to install trailer on my vehicle, had no check also had to get beer cans out of the trailer. 3. The pin that holds the ramp( left side) was broken. Evers agent told me to deliver to any u haul. Got to Vance Jackson to deliver, told I had to return to original location. Stefanie worked it out and I appreciate it, even lower the rent fee. I thank you for that. Safety is a key word, the evers agent not in his vocabulary. Thank God nothing occurredrobert S.
