Make sure you properly clean the cabin between customers. Dirt was all throughout the cab floor. I didn’t mind it but the next customer may not come prepared to sanitize.

Vanessa PI was doing a rental as a truckshare, yet I had to go inside to collect the keys after calling the manager and getting a phone authorization for the employee to release the keys to me. This negated the purpose of truckshare.
Scott BI purchased mattress cover with uhall reservation and it was not available at that time. I had to carry my mattress with no cover and it is all dirty now after moving was done. Very disappointing!

Jennifer SI was over charged by 25.00 , I declined the insurance but it was still added and it was supposed to be credited by Tuesday and it was not. The same thing happened to my cousin at another location.
