ramu tTruck smelled pretty fishy, but was available on time and the lady who assisted me with my reservation was great! No issues with the rental, would recommend this location. Word of warning - if you're in a hurry, do not fuel up at the Food Mart / SAS gas station down the street at the end of your rental. It is tiny (hard to maneuver), and you can't pay at the pump - in fact you have to pay with your credit card, then go back in and ask for a cash refund for any amount you didn't use (?!?)

Arianna BThey did not have the dolly we originally wanted so we had to use an appliance dolly, however the strap was broken on the dolly and by the time we figured that out we had already had it in our 3rd floor apartment. It made moving a bit difficult overall but we managed. If it weren’t for the cut strap it would’ve been perfect

Paul PThe office manager made sure my rental was smooth and hassle free. She answered all my questions, and made sure everything was in order before I left. The office is very clean, and so convenient to take and return the moving truck.

Kimberly bEl Portalito Market was our original pick up location they could not figure out how to sign our truck out to us and after an hour said they had to start the process over so we changed the pickup location. The new location was unattended and when we called the phone they said they were cutting a lock and would be down in 10 min we then waited over 30 min. After that things went smoothly and the employee was nice and friendly but overall this was an extremely negative experience.

Darren BThey could not have my previously quoteed rental that I did the night before be pulled up, I had to wait around 20 min to walk through all the steps again, they did not have any of the equipment or boxes I requested.
izaac sPerson was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The location was not busy which helped and I was in/out quickly for pickup and return. I would mention that the truck was in Good condition but the driver seat was torn and the support was uneven making it a little uncomfortable to sit in for long periods. Also the roller door latch was hard to open and close.
Garrett OWork on the photo upload for odometer and gas levels. I took 8 different pictures and still couldn't get it to work. Finally, after 20 minutes or so of trying, I gave up and just left truck after taking video of exterior of truck and dashboard to show mileage and fuel. Fortunately, the return was processed without additional charges to me. I rented a truck again from different location yesterday and had same problem. I hope I don't get billed for any additional fees or I will dispute transaction and ask for an investigation into whether this happens a lot and is it a way to make extra fees.

Todd BThe other trucks were all destroyed. The dolly at no harness so it was sliding everywhere. The rates are insane. And I get charged an additional 56 dollar after the additional 56 that was charged. Where is this 56 congress from? It's not on a single agreement I made!
ALEK LThe only thing I can think of is making sure the door isn’t frozen if it’s snowy/below freezing. It took us about 20 minutes to get the back door open because it was frozen shut.
GREGOR MThey tried to scam me to pay for extra gas and misrepresented where the gas gauge was. Lucky for me I took pictures before and after and the charges were immediately reversed. I feel for anyone else who was charged and didn't realize it.
