Although we felt the units were secure to theft, we were not happy with the weather and bug proof conditions of our units. Some of our possessions were moldy from the moister and we had, spiders, scorpions and TONS OF GIANT ANTS that ate through several of our boxes. The ants were at least an inch long and posed quite a mess to clean up during the unpacking process. The units might be okay to store a boat or "hard" items such as a grill but we would not recommend for soft goods and furniture. Gracias.NEAL R. | Overall Experience
The downside to no humans at pickup was no help available, took a while to set up account. Plus day before the dolley and pads I'd reserve with the truck were not available so hadto drive an hour away to get those .itemsnancy T.

Well I was originally supposed to pick it up at another facility and I went to check and that facility was closed down. No one bothered to call me either from that previous place or from u-haul. I also tried to contact uhaul and never received a call back and when using the online version Of the chat was given a number that hung up on me 4 times.TISHINA M.
Reservations were made for one location, then couple days before pick up location was changed. The gentleman at the location was great. The original trip was one way from Wylie Texas to Eufaula Oklahoma. After the change of location all information was lost or something. When trying to find the correct drop off locations after the change it stated Wylie Texas even tho I paid for a 1 way to Eufaula. Calling the number in Dallas that was sent to me after my reservation was changed. They could not even find my reservation using my phone number, or name. I had to walk a 1/4 mile on my property to get the car hauler number. Then was giving a number to call for Oklahoma, calling the number was disconnected. Called back to the Dallas reservation line I got someone different. She asked for my number and name to find the reservation, I stated it doesn't come up and told her that I have the car hauler number for her. She told me it was she couldn't do it that way as it was a lot more work and a lot harder(I already did it this way with the First Lady).She put me on hold for a bit and eventually found my reservation. I told her I just needed to know where to drop off the car hauler cause I'm in Oklahoma, was then informed I needed to contact the number I was given which was no longer in service. At this time I told her I tried to call that number and it was disconnected. She said she would transfer me to them and put me on hold again. Eventually she came back on and said they would send me a location drop off which they did. I originally made reservations online and double and triple checked it was corrected only to be change and completely messed up. None of this was the fault of the location picked up or dropped off at.MICHAEL A.

My friend who I was helping move said she had checked the hours of business and they were open till 5:00pm we got there at 4:15 pm 10-16-2020 about and no one was there and the gate locked.I was doing this for visually challenged friend. So I drop the trailer off in the line of that type trailers and came back to Ks. On saturday 10-17-2020 I call and told Uhaul what had happened. they sail OK. Today I get billed for an after hours drop service charge. I am pissed off . Poor service, and now and a service charge for your screwed up system of costumer service. You need help!!!!!james D.
Online check in is absurd and a frustrating waste of customer time. The least Uhaul could do is to warn the customer that they will be required to provide two phone references and to sit and wait during check in until U-Haul is able to contact them. Why not do this upon the initial rental? I won't ever do another online pickup again and will use open stores only. Both pick up and drop off locations were well maintained and easily accessible.Mary S.

This family owned location is the best!! We were on a cross country RV trip when our tow dolly broke down. They got us set up with a rental, stayed open late to make sure were were taken care of and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and affordable. They saved our trip! I filled out everything online, provided digital copies of my DL... went thru it all... Once at the UHaul dealer... we done it all again for the paper work on site??????? I drove about 20 miles farther than expected... I was charged for that... I left the truck with 5 gallons more than when I picked it up... If 20 miles means so much to Uhaul... then the 5 gallons means a lot more to me...Clarence W.

Hey, these are some good folks that work here. Very helpful and polite. I got 2 smaller units because that's all they had at the time. Set up for a truck pickup at another location. After making the move we showed up with a full truck and realized it would not fit in the 2 original units. They helped us get into 2 bigger units with no issues. On top of that they were slammed with business and had no problem getting us taken care of.Daniel F.

Make sure to speak with the customer regarding dropoff information before charging customer. A different location had been posted online for customer when renting, however, the rental pickup location didnt show that dropoff location to be available, so it was marked Unknown location for dropoff. Upon taking the rental to dropoff location the location that had been online for customer was no longer in business and directed us to new dropoff locations. Once arriving at new dropoff location we had to call as nobody was onsite. I explained to person what happened and why we were dropping off. Was told it would be okay to leave dropoff, then credit card got charged for leaving it there. I called back to dropoff location once I received copy of billing and charging of cc via email. Explained to personell the reasoning as to dropping off there. Received new statement via email showing zero balance owed. Would have saved many steps and unnecessary paperwork had they first listened to reason why I dropped off there to begin with when I dropped off rental. If was unclear that day, could have picked up phone and made a phone call and asked again what happened. Whatever happened to customer service?Beth W.
