I wanted the next smaller trailer which was the exact size I needed. I only had half the trailer full and as I drove the load shifted towards the back. This caused the tongue weight to be light which made the trailer pull poorly.
RAYMOND RThe gal where we turned it in was very rude I would not tell anyone to pick up one 8n saisall ok at all she treated us with out respect and talked down to us we just left the place up set she was like that young gal Come storming out as soon as we pulled in telling us the truck stinks and we had to pay extra day just very rude get rid of the gal not good for your business.

Derek WThey were nice but my quote to rent the truck ended up being way more expensive than what I had to pay, also your website is terrible in the sense that I was supposed to pick up in Caney and return to Caney but had to go to Bartlesville to pick up and return to Caney it's 2023 as a customer you should know that Caney didn't have a truck and I had to do all the calling to find where I was going to have to pickup truck then get a quote then have to pay $100 more. I know you don't really care because I need your truck. Last month I rented the same truck for half the price just didn't return to Bartlesville that's unexceptible. Gracias
David YThe app was a total waste of time and aggravating. Nothing was smooth or easy, the truck smelled of smoke. Picking up and returning the truck was the worst uhaul expierence I have ever had. Will never use this location again

Terri KHeavy lift slings should be available for purchase or rent. The fuel tank was empty to the point there was concern it would not make it to the nearest gas station. I would like to see U-Haul go back to put up the truck full of fuel and return full of full. I put 188.00 of gasoline into the tank to fill it up. I did not know what gas mileage to expect so I needed a full tank. I drove approximately 220 miles and donated about a half tank to U-Haul. The 43.00 fuel "credit" would not have purchased a 1/4 tank of gas. Truck has excellent power, AC worked great, drives just as easy as my F350.

Fernando LDon't forget good strong blankets, a real hand cart, tape, portable cooler for ice/drinks (stay hydrated) and last, but not least, another helper. You think your in shape. Time to find out how to sweat. Also, Safety no over extending.

Charles RNext time don't pull from my account without calling me to authorize payment. The fact that none of your agents reached out to discuss the payment is pitiful, will make complaint to better Business bureau for lack of transparency.
Nicholas LWas charged $80 more than what was quoted and duplicated and still has not been reversed. Will not be recommending uhaul to anyone nor will I ever use them again.

Larry Dthe check engine light was on i drove it off the lot and filled with gas when i noticed it...drove back to dealer told women about it she said she seen it also but did not take it out of service...why not? so i am wait for a refund for the $60 dollars of gas i put in the first truck.. got a second truck drove it home to load when i noticed rear tire low (could not tell at lot was parked in gravel) had to drive back to town to a tire shop to have them air up for me..Please check air before you send out.. This cost me a extra $16.00 because i went over the miles allowed...when i told gentlemen who checked in the truck he said i could call uhaul to get a credit...why could he not do this... not a fun rental experience..

Kevin FI initially reserved my rental at a local place and was told no tricks available. They were unable to get a truck there so I had to drive 60 miles to get a truck. I'm thankful they were able to locate me a truck however not sure why you bother reserving online if they do not have the reservation available or call you before with updates or changes.
AMY CI had requested to rent an appliance dolly online when making my reservation and was led to believe I would be receiving one when I made my reservation. When I went to pick up the truck I rented, I was informed no appliance dollies were available. When you are picking up your moving truck is not when you need to find out you are not going to have an appliance dolly for moving. I would have rented from a different location had I known this.
