The parking area was very muddy and unavoidable .. so mud all over me and my vehicle

Jerry VThe truck was a piece of junk. Every time I applied the brakes it felt like I was getting pulled into the other lane. The man at the counter also insulted my wife by question if she was driving the truck. She is a CDL licensed driver and drives bigger equipment than that truck.
Danial WRented from Elizabethtown Power Sports. The customer service by Richard Hash was excellent! He explained everything to me about renting and the truck. I rented for 1 day, drove 50. miles and refilled the tank; the total cost was $90.00. It took $20 to refill the tank before I took it back. I’d definitely rent from this location again! Have a Blessed year! God Bless

HOLLY SYour Radcliff location representative was very respectful and helpful. She referred us to the Elizabethtown location, Yamaha Sports. The representative was friendly and helpful. They also gave us a bigger truck for the same cost as a smaller truck because of availability issues. We had such a bad experience with Ryder that morning and they almost messed up our entire day. Keep up the good work with your dealers. I would rate Ryder rental a 1 star. Ryder rental who did not have our vehicle at the Home Depot location which was reserved and when we tried to call them to get it resolved wouldn't answering we had to call several times. When we finally got someone, he apologized that he was not in charge of reservation and placed us on hold for over 35 minutes and didn't get through. It seems like Ryder doesn't know how to do business. I'll never call them again.

Linda HI was at the drop off location by the required return time, but the closing transaction was completed in the office after I drove away and was entered ~15 minutes after the specified return time, resulting in a charge for a second day. That's bullshit, pure bullshit.

Thomas VReserved a 15' truck and received a 20' truck with oil on numerous pkaces on the floor where my household goods were to be loaded.The cab of the truck was dirty with an overpowering odor that forced me to keep the window down. Reserved an appliance dolly and was told they did not have because the location is a drop off. Very unsatisfied with this experience.
Anna DWas not a great location, hard to find where to enter the building. I requested in advance to have 2 dollys and upon arrival they had none, very very frustrating. Then they didn’t have a tow hitch either to tow my car.

Gary MOnline pickup was a little aggravating. Called customer service the young lady was really helpful.
James LWe dropped off the truck after filling up with gas at the exact amount it was at when we picked up and we were told it was wrong and was charged $60 for gas after we already put gas in it. Since I didn’t take pictures I lost money. For a rental I was told would be $134 ended up $300 because all the extra charges and gas at the end. That is crazy!

Doug Dplease note the customer service gentleman,Rick was very hands on. have rented from this local for several years. the issue is the radcliff ky local. was texted the day before saying my 26ft rental had been rented out. made this reservation 10 days in advance. this is not an isolated incident. this put me in a very precarious situation as I had 6 people helping me load out christmas.including over 30 trees. Rick located a 15ft on site along with a 12ft trailer. made this work,but not easily. have rented with u-haul for several years,but am seriously considering changing to penske where reservations are guarnteed. I have been in customer service for over 40 years and am very displeased with this situation. one unhappy customer will tell an average of 25 others. something to think about. thank you ahead of time for your consideration. if you would like more input may be reached @ 502-395-0032 successfully yours sherry creek.
