Make sure lights are in working order.

Point out and clearly note the mileage restrictions on the contract prior to renting so that the renter is made aware. The extra charge was only a couple of dollars but I had to double check the documents to understand it. No big deal just nice to know ahead of time.

Very Poor Customer Service due to computer program. I would rate your service at -5. My reason for this is I was quoted one price and then charged $50 more at pick up. Also I was sent to the wrong place to start with. When I first spoke with Jennifer she quoted me a price of $74.90 for a truck. When I told her that I needed a trailer as well she said it would be $107 for the pair. A while later I was told that the truck & trailer were in two different places about a mile apart; no mention of additional charges. When I arrived at the address given me by phone it was the trailer and not the truck. Once I found the place for the truck sure enough it was $107 plus taxes; but the problem arose when I drove back to get the trailer & he could not give me the paperwork without charging me $50 or his computer program wouldn't work. It wasn't his fault. It was a result of very poor communication of your system. I had no time to try to start this over at the time and now I'm out $50 plus taxes because you care more about getting your money than seeing that your customers are getting what you promised.

I was over charged for my mileage which was impossible considering the route I moved to was less than 200miles. I was charged for refueling because the lady at the uhaul pickup location wrote the wrong trick number on my contact. The gas tank for my truck was. It full, it was only 3/4 a tank. Also was not explained about taking out I haul insurance thoroughly so I paid for insurance that I did not receive. I complained and was refunded some of my money but was told I would get a call from the regional manager about the insurance but never received a call from him. First moving experience very unpleasant and stressful due to a lot of mistakes made by uhaul. I don’t know that I would use them again in the future.
