This is the second time I’ve rented this particular and the driver’s door doesn’t securely closed. Also, I didn’t feel comfortable around the male staffer whose demeanor was unpleasant every time I made an inquiry or a request.

Convenient location Friendly staff
Renee' WThe first location that I reserved for had the truck there but not the keys so I was sent to a different West Coast Storage to pick up an available truck. Josh at the first West Coast storage - where I originally made my reservation - went above and beyond to help me out. Huge thanks to him. Very helpful guy.
Garrett WIt was a good backup to the main location. Main location was out of the vehicle I needed do they searched the system and found what I needed at West Coast Storage.

Ronald MAfter my experience the day before at another location - (rental fell through because prior renter didn't return keys), I was disturbed by the U-Haul business model, etc. BUT, the experience at West Coast Self Storage Clackamas made up for it. Top-notch customer service, communication and follow-up!
Dean HImprove the U Haul application that forces the customer to take photos of his license. It does not work very well and is irritating beyond belief.

But, they did even better: I had to drop the equipment off a little early so I could get to work, and Kurt was there, ready and waiting for me. He was expecting me because Aleta pulled the right strings to make it happen! Y'all are simply awesome!!!
