My experience started poorly. The first location processed me through, took my payment. When I went out to the truck their was a 10,000 km difference on the odometer. When I brought this to their attention they suddenly said they can not rent me a one way truck despite being listed as doing so. I called U haul and they made this all right in the end after going to a different location. Put me a few hours behind but all worked out . Thank you

Davaasuren DWhen I got to the location the internet was very slow and wasn’t able to process my transaction so the truck could not be dispatched. The clerk wasn’t interested in finding a solution and refused to call Uhaul for assistance because it was a Sunday. I took it upon myself to call Uhaul customer service and they were able to process everything and dispatch my truck. This caused an hour and half delay. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location, will not ever recommend it or use this location again myself.

sharlene mIt’s been 2 days and I still haven’t received my refund that I was charged. When I dropped off the truck, the girl didn’t check me in, she just took the keys and didn’t know what she was doing. My brother in law called them and told them that I need my refund still and she started yelling at him and giving false information.
Shayna GEnsure new U-Haul representative at the picking locations are trained ahead of providing service. Also, the system changed my pick up date because I tried to check the cost of future storage. I didn't not submit this change but the system took it as an update. I would have missed my move date if not that I called to reconfirm my pickup schedule.
