Van was filthy from previous users and wasn't cleaned .. filled with mud and water (possibly dog poop) and ruined our furniture. Brakes are playing and steering wheel shakes so bad. This vehicle was not safe, especially for highway useMario R.

Location was great to deal with. Uhaul overall not. Calling them is a 45min ordeal. When you finally get a hold of a live person you get transferred not once but twice. They messed up the reservation and instead made us drive 30min extra both ways. Uhaul you need to hire more staff to answer your phones and have a better idea of where your equipment is.Natalie P.

The fellow at the counter is most helpful and personable. He helped me on a previous rental when I had an issue with my credit card and was able to substitute a vehicle that could take my debit card. Overall cleanliness of the truck needs to improve greatly. We had to clean the back of the truck thoroughly before putting our items inside when we got it home. The front of the truck was also dirty as welll; garbage left in cup holders and napkins laying around. The employee was also condescending and rude.Ryan M.
Highly recommend this location; excellent service.. But I would prefer that the tank should be full upon pick-up. Using estimates like 7/16 is just not reliable; in my case the gauge jumped from "just below 3/4" to "just above 1/2" in 30 kms, whereas a 1/4 tank should take you over 100km.Margie R.

The gas mileage on the Uhaul was unacceptable, very expensive on gas. The entire process to rent this Uhual truck was crazy expensive and brutally complicated. I had to make 5 calls to verify price, as still was way over priced. Will be calling today for a discount because of the fifth year conditions. Probably won't rent from Uhaul again.Mark H.

My fiancÃ© was driving this truck from Fort Erie to Toronto to assist a friend moving, and return to fort Erie with some furniture. We hit snow and salted roads on the highway and the windshield washer fluid was not working. Several times he had to pull over on a major highway to splash water on the windshield in order to keep going. We stopped at a gas station to fill the washer fluid and it still did not come out on the windshield. I spent 1.5+ hours on the phone with 5 different people on the GoUhaul line asking to switch trucks in Toronto and kept getting transferred or disconnected so we just continued home with the same truck and had to stop to clean the windshield several times for safety. We are extremely dissatisfied with this experience and feel that my fiancÃ©s safety was at risk because of the issue. We expect to be compensated as this equipment was not satisfactory or safe.Cody M.

Very rude people to deal with I reserved a 26â€ and it wasn't there I would only get the 20â€ Paid 150.00 Got in the truck it was only over a quarter of a tank I brought it back over half full and returned it by 10 o'clock that same night. The man at the store was very rude and had no costumer service skills, his attitude and the way he talked to me was just so rude. I ended up locking my keys in my car and he was pissed because it was 9:45 and he wasn't able to close the store at 10. It had snowed this day and it was freezing outside he never offer for us to wait inside. Every time I talked to him he huffed and puffed as if I was an inconvenience to him. Price was a little high. Using the truck for 24 hours was $103, and $0.4/mile (plus gas). Price point of $85 and $0.25/mile would be more reasonable. The facility and the two men who worked were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.STEVENTROY G.

I was redirected for pick up from Port Colborne to Fort Erie and upon trying to pick up the truck I was given a price that was three times the amount that the original price I was quoted.... ...at which point we had to call District Management on the phone and figure out what the actual price was that I was quoted the day before. I'd like to see a lot more organization with your computer system. I will however say that the problem was solved within an hour however an hour of my time was wasted and I make $120 per hour not pleased with that situation at all!...and my loss of revenue.TONY T.

The Service at the location was excellent, staff was helpful and very efficient and answered all questions. The only item we had a concern with was the cleanliness of the interior of the cab. When we got it home, my husband had to clean the inside of the cab (there was something very sticky) - also disinfect the inside. The back of the truck was the fine.Robert S.
