Elizabeth BI have rented cars and trucks all over North America in 49 states, 7 provinces of Canada from Montreal to Mexico City. I have had the friendly, warmest, most professional service right in local Essex CT from Beverly and Jim Clark. They are the most professional vehicles rental agency in North America. Other vehicle rental agencies such as National, Budget, Hertz, Avis and others could use a lesson or two in professional courtesy and business practice.

George RMy experience with both of these locations were fine. However, trying to locate the dolly was a nightmare. The Mayfield location was the third one we went to after being told the other two had dollies. Then yesterday I get a phone call from your New Haven office in Connecticut, telling me that we had not returned the dolly to East Hampton. That’s because we returned the dolly to Essex detailing where we were supposed to return it to according to your email. This was not a pleasant experience in any way shape or form. You need to get your act together.

frank mI did not like how the van started with 1/4 of a tank of gas. It’s not right that we had to find a gas station right away. It should always begin with a full tank of gas.

regan kWhen returning the van after hours, I had trouble having my iphone connect with the geolocator even after allowing it in my settings. I had cleaned the truck and fueled it, then called the 800 # and told them. The retailer did not penalize me with a service charge for not being able to use the online return so I am very satisfied. .
