Drop off experience could have been better. I dropped off keys but did not receive an email confirmation with a receipt. This made me worried that something hadn't been recorded correctly with the drop off.

Customer service was poor and rude. Apparently only One staff member is equipped to handle a uhaul pick up and “had to run out” in the middle of the day leaving me to wait 45 minutes to begin the pick up process. I didn't receive a call ahead of time, or an apology at any time. I called in the am to confirm pick up and was told I could arrive any time between 2 and 5, I showed up at 2:40 and was left to wait until the woman returned. The response I got when I questioned them was, your appointment was at 2. Zero apology or compassion. I hope to cancel my next pick up from this location if possible.

This site did not have good wireless service - I barely had two bars and that was only if I stood in a certain location. This is bad because after hours pick-ups and returns require the internet. Also, the QR code did not work for the drop box. Since there was no one at the location, I had to call and wait a long time for assistance to help me get the van, and eventually they gave up on trying to find the lockbox with the key to the van and just gave me a small truck for which they could identify the correct lockbox code. This was terrible!

Though Erichsen's was great, your app was a bit of a pain to use. It took several tries to get it to work, which was frustrating after a long day of moving.

The first place I tried to pick up a truck from couldn't get it freed up from the snow. It was a disaster. I had to make arrangements via phone to UHaul for another truck. My call got routed to the Bronx (I live upstate) 3 times (each time I was put on hold for 25 minutes) before I was able to get the situation resolved, which was to get a truck from the first place I selected online - Erichksen's on Rt 299 in Highland. This problem pushed back my schedule more than an hour and a half... I had movers waiting and had to pay them starting at 10 AM, the original pickup time, which ended up being 11:30, Never again with Uhaul... they made me pay full price despite the delay being their fault. And never would I recommend UHaul to anyone

It took me 45 minutes to pick up the van and over an hour to return it. This really affected the amount of time I had to use it. The reason for the difficulty was that the online system didn't recognize my location. Maybe something to do with WiFi signal in that location??

Getting approval to leave premises with Vehicle took over 20 minutes. The location services via safari on the iPhone didn't work- had to use Chrome. Overall- the drive share experience was very good.

They said they were new to Uhaul. We returned our trailer a day early and they had to call someone to find out what to do. The parking lot was crowded and small and where they asked me to back the trailer was not easy to get to and they stayed in the office offering no help in guidance.
