There was no one at this location ! just a sign on the floor with a phone number which I called several times with no results ! Also the address was actually Next door and the fellow there told me no one bothered to change the address,therefore I called your office and they told me to leave the key in the box with the contract which I did Though I was a bit wary of doing this… But it seems things got settled

Très déçu de la mauvaise organisation de U-haul. Le responsable qui m'a téléphoné le jeudi pour confirmer la prise du camion le vendredi à 16:00 heures, n'a jamais laissé son no. de tél. de rappel. Il s'est adressé à moi de façon très impolie le lendemain lorsque nous voulions prendre possession du camion. J'étais choquée car la porte était verrouillée à St-Jérôme, le camion était caché derrière l'entrepôt et ce type a fait les arrangements par téléphone seulement. Une vraie compagnie de BROCHE À FOUIN !!! Je n'ai aucunement l'intention de référer votre compagnie à qui que ce soit. Et en passant je n'ai pas remis le camion sur Armand Viau à Québec mais plutôt sur Henri-Bourassa à Québec. Donc il y a un manque flagrant de communication au sein de votre entreprise.

L'information sur le site web ne concordait pas avec les réels heures d'ouverture et l'établissement a été aucune coopératif et aidant dans la situation. Récupérer le camion a été compliqué et desagréable.

First location I wanted was full. This one is a garage that had all sorts of people hanging about. The good thing was the U-Haul manager who was very friendly and helpful. They have a second location nearby tha tmight look better.

The first experience I had with Uhaul was great. However this experience started out really well and then turned awful. I realize you are supposed to refuel the truck before return, however they never disclose that fact that there is a $30.00 re-fuel charge when you don't. I have to pay $56.00 dollars for 22.1 miles!!! Disgusting!

Who do I call do dispute there erroneous charges? The gas was exactly where I had left it and why on earth is there a cleaning fee I left it exactly how it was given to me there was web garbage inside it when I received it. Sandra

We made reservations for a van and when we showed up to get our van, it was not there. We were extremely disappointed because we had taken a day off of work, asked friends to help and we could not move.

I did not appreciate their independently created rule that they can charge a customer $10.00 extra if they pick up the vehicle late. I arrived a hour and a half late. I refused to pay the $10.00 because it was not in U-Hauls policy.

The customer service was great. Friendly. But the vehicle had no safety straps in the back or inside. The check engine light was on the whole time. The truck could you a cleaning. However, I still would come back. Thank you.

The place was a dump. I waited for about 45 minutes before being checked in. I had ordered 12 pads. They were given to a walk in customer just before me. she had no reservation and took 12 pads. I was told it is first come first serve even if you have a reservation. The truck was excellent!!

5 minute prior to pick-up time this location call me and informed me that the 14' I reserved is not available, they sending me a different location 10 minutes later they call me and telling me the other location does not have a 14' truck either, they end-up give me a 10' truck, which cost me additional $30 in mileage charged and gas cost becasuse I have to make two trips

The owner is pretty friendly. Very smooth experience. No hassle at all.

I reserved a truck online but I didn't leave until an hour past my reservation time. There's no A/C in the lobby and the glass at the counter is impossible to hear through. The dolly was put in the truck with the wheels up so it slammed against every side of the inside of the truck when I drove. Presets on the radio were good though.

Our reservation was set for 8 AM, but the office did not open until 8 AM so I was unable to get into the truck until 8:30. It was extremely inconvenient since I was obviously moving and hence on a tight schedule.

The workers here were simply awful & incompetent. The secretary was 30 minutes late when I returned the U-Haul, nearly making me late for work. Also, they claimed that the gas tank had been full when I picked it up, and I had to fill it back up before returning it or I would be charged $30 by U-Haul. Surprisingly, I ended up putting in $20 of gas (4 gallons) after only driving the van for 25 miles! I feel that I was scammed, and I am furious that the workers there were allowed to commit atrocities against such an honest customer as myself. Best Auto Glass has soiled the name of U-Haul for me, and I am never renting from U-Haul again.

The vehicle was fine, nothing wrong there. The staff were ok. The problem came when I had to return the vehicle. I returned the vehicle to a guy who did not work for the company. I had no other option but to return it to this guy and had no verification it was returned until two days after I actually returned it. I will go to a different site.
