eric bHAVE THE WEBSITE LIST THIS LOCATION AS AN OPTION FOR EQUIPMENT PICKUP. TRIED TO RESERVE ONLINE ONLY TO BE DIRECTED TO A SITE 20 MILES AWAY FOR AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT. A DIRECT CALL RESULTED IN AVAILABILITY WITHIN 3 MILES OF MY LOCATION. AS USUAL CORPORATE UHAUL IS A DISASTOR! DON'T KNOW HOW YOU STAY IN BUSINESS!

David LWhether you are moving or just hauling something, whether you need a van, trailer, or a large truck, you need to see the people at U-HAUL. Located at 916 so, River Road, a rental and pickup location in Englewood on River Rd. 34223. We were hauling a golf cart and needed a small trailer to do it. The crew there took care of every detail.The service was beyond expectations something you would think they invented. I am sold. Would use again.

Robert HThe truck drove with the front end shakes. The owner of the establishment called everyday and put out an e alert like I was going to steal there truck. I was uphauled over the continuous lies. The last day they were telling me that there uhaul boss was going to put me into a smaller truck and then turned around and told me when I finish paying for that truck. I had to extend my rental a few times due to complications. They called them excuses. It was worse than living at home with my mother. After reviewing the charges I had incured because she would debit my account and my vehicle was towed because they did not allow parking at there facility cost me another 400. I don't understand people that have to tell stories to make themselves look better. Telling me they make more money on several bookings instead of a continuous book. Then put out another alert that I owe them money they charged me the highest rate for mileage. Now that this has happened has put me even further behind. I even explained to them that my mother in which I have been caring for that has brain damage also needed my attention. I am 1 person. I didn't lie to them and worked many hours. I will never rent from them again or recommend them . There uhaul supervisor that they called him was a real ass and very unproffessional

JOHN DCouple of things. The biggest problem is that the gas tank is not full, 1/4 of a tank will only get you 30 miles. So if you have a trip, you must fill up the tank before you can actually get there. And then upon returning the vehicle, you must go to another gas station and fill again. That is very very inconvenient. Secondly, the per mile rate is very high.

EDWARD SI originally went to the pan American location last weekend. The trailer lights weren't working when trying to hook up. The employees insisted it was my truck wouldn't try another trailer. I took my truck to shop paid $170 for them to tell me nothing is wrong wit my truck. Went back to uhal on pan American and they didn't have anything to say,also same trailer in same spot they said that one was out of service. So my $60 rental was over $200 .the Englewood location was great the service was good and would say stay away from pan American waste of your time.
