When I picked up my truck I asked if I could change it to a one way stop. The associate told me that it shouldn't be a problem and I could drop it off any where. This turned out to be false and I had to drive all the way back to the original pick up stop. This cost me a lot of time and money.

We had to travel to 3 dealerships late at night because U-Haul did not have our truck we had arranged. Very Frustrating to procure a truck after hassling with the App earlier in the day.

I rented trl (AT2007XCBU250-ID) one way from Layton,UT to Carson City, NV Sept. 3, 2020. When I stopped in West Wendover, NV to purchase fuel I noticed a larger portion of tread was missing and the cord was exposed. I asked around and found an authorized uhaul service representative in town. His shop was very busy and after trying to call Uhaul for approximately an hour to get authorization, he moved on to help other customers. I asked if he could just replace the tire and get the approval after I left and he refused. He told me if I payed for the tire myself that Haul would reimburse me. I have a copy of my receipt, and a picture of the bad tire, which I left at the drop off point in Carson City, NV. So how do I get reimbursed for this?

It was obvious when I picked up the trailer it had not been swept out by the previous user, it looked like old chips of burnt wood.

I returned the truck at 3:30pm, and left the tank with more gas than I had. You guys didn't check it in until 6:50 and charged me a “after hours service fee” because your person at the desk said they were leaving at noon. You're completely dishonest and scum of the earth! Losers
