Nice small Town dealer!
CRAIG PThis truck had alot of trouble switching from 3rd to 4th gear. It is outdated and is very dangerous to drive. I’m not sure how this is still being rented. And for this cost.

Nazmy ZHaving to go online for after hours return was difficult to navigate. The having to take a photo of milage/fuel should be on the sign where the key turning is located. I put my key in the after hr box, before downloading your app. Thus I couldn't take a photo of the fuel or odometer. However, i put down extra miles and a bit of extra fuel. I contacted the merchant in the morning to explain. I trust I won't be charged the extra $20 in fees. Your instructions for after hour turn in should be clarified at the beginning!

Richard CWhen I took the truck to my destination, it was smoking really bad from under the hood and lost alot of oil. I found that someone didn't put the oil fill cap back on and the engine was slinging oil all over. I had to put 4 quarts of oil in and make a temporary cover for the oil cap..
Gary WThe instructions were to drop off my truck key and my written contract into the after hours drop box when I dropped off the rental truck late at night. This is the only difficulty as that was the only copy I had. I took a photo of the contract. But consider giving two copies of the contract in the future if after hours drop offs require a contract with the truck key.

JOE HU-Haul is always great to me. If I would give a suggestion, I would say that dolleys should come automatically with truck rentals. And Mile at Empire Tire was really nice and a good representative for you guys.

RANDALL GThe service agent was impatient, slow and talked very rudely. I asked the agent if I were finished checking out and he replied, NO, you asked if you could check out manually and you didn't. You want someone to stop what they are doing and wait on you! I replied that I was only inquiring and the agent stated that NO you weren't. I find his behavior to be unacceptable and not representative of UHaul's core values for customer service. While I will use UHaul again, I will be sure to tell anyone that I know to not patronize the location in Midlothian, IL. On Cicero Ave. 14357 Cicero Ave. at Empire Tire.
tracie wWould not revisit unless I was renting a truck as we had to hook up our own trailer, then they came out to look at it. Not very customer friendly.
Kathy LRented only appliance dolly,did not receive, was charged for other dolly and furniture pads as well. Big rip off! Couldn't contact my rep.either to dispute charges.

When did acknowledge, asked about reservation name gave him name and simply said you don't have a reservation rather than saying hey maybe i see it under the drivers name on my side.

Brian OI had an appointment at Tinley Auto for 8am. When I arrived I was told that my reservation was changed (without any notice to me!). I was sent to this location and they did not open until 9am. Very upsetting start to a busy move day!
Brendan KTrucks trans was very slippery in between 2nd all the way to fourth. Vehicle had a very high idle and shook the whole truck. Breaks were beyond bad pedal almost to the floor and squeaky

Frenel CDon't charge people $5.00 for safe charge fee. I safely brought it back and got charged $5.00 and $1.00 for environmental fee. Not fare at all. Never renting thru this company again

Robert KMike was very rude on the phone. He wouldn't work with me on a time to pick up the truck before 9am. I was told there was no way I could return the truck to a different location if I didn't pick up the truck until after 9. He continuously pressured me to return the truck to his location during the in store transaction.
