Not a thing. I'm so sorry I forgot the man's name but he was very kind, and helpful. When I returned the trailer, he was on the phone and I could hear the upset customer on the other end of the line. He was very professional and kind to the angry customer. I was impressed with his customer service skills. Very well mannered. The location was great but the equipment was a safety hazard. The break caliber came off so we had to drive it to roadside assistance twice which resulted in us going over our miles. Not very happy sigh U-Haul. Instead of charging us extra they need to refund us some money because we could of been killed had my husband not seen the issue before getting on the road. When I spoke to someone over the phone they quoted me for 132 miles then the contract only stated 117. Communication needs to be a priority specifically when you are taking peoples money.GABRIELLA W.

One of the roller door cables was broken when we picked up the trailer, making the door bind a bit on opening. Routine maintenance should catch and correct problems like that.Bernard B.

My drop off location was where I had problems. The man that work their was very rude ! And, he said I went over my mileages but I put the exact address that I was going to .Porsha H.
The staff had called me to remind me to turn my truck in, I told them I was on the way right then to do so. By the time I got there the store was closed, I had no knowledge they were closing and the staff never informed me. I attempted to do the after hours return online but it wouldn't let me log in or send the password reset to my email. I was also overcharged BY FAR for a one way truck. Over $400 for 2 days. I used uhaul in November and made the exact same move but opposite ways, and it cost me MORE THAN DOUBLE this time. Absolutely ridiculous.Katelyn W.

Hi, I had a very bad experience with this uhaul . I booked the truck and dolly online at the location close to my apartment and my original pickup time was 8:30 am. However, u guys changed the pickup location to another one which was 50 miles away from my apt. And It took me 2 more hours to get the truck and the dolly and another one hour for driving between uhaul location and my move out apartment. I was moving to the apartment in Tennessee and I was supposed to be there to get the key from leasing office before 5:00 PM on Saturday. Because of the uhaul changes, I was unable to get there in time, I got there at 6:00 pm. I missed getting the apt key and the leasing office was already closed . I stayed at hotel with Uhaul truck for the entire weekend and doing nothing. And now you even charge me for the extra day rates!!!! I had a very bad experience this time. Here , uhaul u should pay my hotel fee $109 for 2 nights in Tennessee and $500 for unhappy experience!!!Jian H.
